   this does seem to work but i can not take 6 per day way too much so it's about 1-2 per day and that seems to work also just takes a bit longer

   Bought this primarily for hair health and less hair shedding and it definitely works! I’m not use to taking supplements multiple times a day let alone 6 times. Directions says I can take all 6 pills at once but I couldn’t stomach taking more than 2 pills at once as these pills are big (the size of my index finger nail). However, since it works even with taking 2 pills per day, I’ll try taking more in a day soon as the more I get use to taking them. But so far, I been taking 1-2 pills per day once in a day instead of the suggested 6 pills. Been taking them for 2 months and I can say that there is a significant improvement in health of my nails and hair.After the first month of taking them, my nails are whiter, stronger and looking beautifully healthier. My hair definitely grew faster than I normally expect. Not sure it helps with fullness or thickness of my hair. But it definitely does help with hair loss or hair shedding as I notice a significant lesser amount of hair less after washin...More

   I use protective hairstyles, but I experience significant breakage when I wash my hair. Since I started taking these vitamins along with others, I've noticed very little breakage. However, I do find the pills to be too large, so I might try crushing them or breaking them in half. Other than that, I'm very happy with the results!

   My nails break soooo easily and it always breaks in the middle if I get my nails done and worse is it bleeds from that tear. I started this about 3weeks now and I was taking two tablets in the morning and two at night only and right now my nails are hard, very hard, growing longer and stronger. There's also a glow and firmness to my skin. Don't know about my hair yet. It's a 10/10 for me.

   It taste like chork , it makes you eat a lot it not a pain relief but a supliment. I bit it up so it can dissolves easily it more than Value for money the Quality are good and very effective .

   Results driven supp! Considering my hormones make it difficult to have nice skin/nails, this has been a taste of normalcy! I so appreciate the difference I've seen in wrinkles, nail strength, hair length. The most noticeable things I've seen is an improvement around the nasolabial corners of my mouth that were starting to droop. It lifted my cheeks a little and seems to have created a younger more plump look in my face. Even my juvederm med spa doctor says it's a must have.

   I love this brand! I was previously taking the formula with biotin, I am now on thyroid medication & can't mix it with biotin. It has made my nails much, much stronger, my dry skin much softer, & I see more hair growth at the temples. I recommend this brand over Vital Proteins, it has worked much better than all the others.

   They are horse pills but they work. My hair has grown really slowly since I had cancer and my skin aged from the treatments. I was told by my doctor that collagen supplements could help and I finally bit the bullet and started taking them. My hair is growing much faster and my skin looks much better. It’s glowing for the first time since all of this started and the skin under my eyes especially looks healthier. Because of the size of the pills I break them up to 3 times a day instead of all at once. 6 horse pills is just too much for me.

   I blend these in with my smoothies and it blends perfectly. The tablets are already kind of soft and chalky as they should be, so they crush up nicely. So anyone who has problem popping 6 pills, blend them with your drink. Any drink. My skin is tight and supple at 51 ♥️
