   I’ve been taking these collagen, beauty gummies for about two weeks and I have definitely noticed a change in my nail strength. These gummy’s taste great and I love that there’s only two grams of added sugar, and that the sugar is organic cane sugar. I also like that they use hydrolyzed collagen, and that the gummies include biotin, zinc, and vitamins C and E!

   As I have only been taking it for two weeks, I haven’t seen a big different, however they taste delicious and they are easy to take. If you are a busy person is a take and go. I did see that my nails were growing a little faster, but my focus is more about my skin, which takes a little more than two weeks to see a difference.

   I haven't been taking them long enough to see any long-term benefits however my hair loss isn't as much as it used to be, my facial skin seems firmer and my nails are definitely stronger and don't break as easily.    These collagen gummies surprised me for several reasons, pros they have the best flavor I've ever tried in vitamin gummies, they taste like sweet and sour lemon, and after taking a bottle it has helped me with my hair loss, I even saw that it grew a little and I use short nails, but they don't peel anymore, they feel stronger. cons they are so delicious that I always eat more than the indicated dose 🤭🤭

   I have been using these vitamins for a little over 2 weeks now and I can genuinely say that they work. I have noticed a significant improvement in my skin. Normally I break out around my period, I did not this time. My nails seem stronger as well. I was afraid I would not like the flavor since they are lemon but the taste has grown on me. Since they are gummies they are easy to take.
