   I’ve been using the SmartyPants Women's Multivitamin Gummies for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed! As someone who is always on the go, I love the convenience of these gummies.    I was very surprised to get this in and look at all the vitamins it has in it. I have definitely grown to like the gummy form of vitamin taking. It does make it easier to swallow. Smells great and you get a good size for the value, 120 gummies. The serving size is 6 gummies, but wow they are incredibly sweet. Like too sweet. At 6g of sugar a serving, it’s 1g of sugar a gummy, which is only 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, so per serving that’s a tablespoon of sugar. That can add up quick. Not sure about hair growth yet, as I am also taking a different supplement for hair growth. I am hoping this will help with balancing my nutrition as I’m in a region of the US where we don’t get as much sun in the winter months as it also gets cold here and have to cover up and can effect the amount I am getting naturally. Has everything a woman needs for daily nutrition, however to prevent hypervitaminosis as I take other supplements, I am only going to take 3 instead of 6. Should last me 40 days that way. Ove...More

   I usually don’t write reviews, but this vitamin has changed me tremendously. I would be chronically fatigued, have brittle hair and nails, dry and bruised skin, and very spaced out during the day. I tried other multivitamins, but they would give me anxiety or an upset stomach. My doctor recommended me this vitamin because it is methylated (easier to absorb) and it’s more balanced than others. The taste is good. It says take 3 daily, but starting out I took 2. I would take it after breakfast.

   These are my favorite gummies. I went through several brands, but this brand is the one I keep coming back to. They are high quality and provide one of the most complete sets of nutrients of all the brands. I will say these taste better than the ones with probiotics, but they do still have that metallic taste most gummy multivitamins have. The texture is delightfully gummy and they’re easy to chew and dissolve. In my opinion this is a great value for the money.

   I have a very sensitive stomach and I’m so happy to say these did not upset it. I love that they include omegas. If I take omega 3 in its own they make me sick. I’m on my third month and I take them more than any other vitamin I’ve ever tried. I feel like it’s a more well rounded ingredient list.
   
   My biggest and only complaint is that the serving size is 6 gummies. I’ve never heard of such a thing, but I’ve stuck with it and the fact that I can feel a difference in my health has kept me coming back.

   There is a distinctly vitamin taste to these but it's not overpowering like some gummies. I had not seen that a single serving is 6 gummies before I bought or I probably wouldn't have, but that's entirely on me. I may repurchase if I see results.

   My DIL introduced me to Smarty Pants two years ago when I was 74 and I have taken daily ever since. I like the vitamins, minerals and the supplements offered in the gummies. . I feel they have added to my overall good heath.

   My favorite part of this multivitamin is that it takes 6 gummies to make up 1 serving. I'm more likely to take my vitamins because it feels like a little snack every morning! I've tried other multivitamin gummies and the texture and/or taste has been off on them. I do not have that issue with this brand.
