    My cholesterol stayed at 315 for years. I took Bergamot for 4-5 months, then my doctor took another cholesterol test, which was 279 with NO CHANGES IN DIET, NO NOTHING, JUST BERGAMOT. It works.
    I have tried other over the counter 'supposedly cholesterol lowering' pills but this is the only one I found to work, and apparently it worked fast. My cardiologist was pleased.
