   Big fan of this product - I use it for my hair and nail growth, but also to help with joint pain since having 2 kids. I notice a big difference when I'm not taking collagen vs taking it daily. I like that this product only requires one pill per day.

   I have been using this a long time .The taste is pleasant.It is a good value for the money when it's the price it was . Definitely use other products when the cost goes up.I haven't noticed much in the skin health,But it helps the nails.But I did have a collegen treatment and they said I had excellent collegen level's so it must work!

   I wish I could say that I saw a huge difference in my hair and skin, but I only used this one bottle. the capsules were easy to swallow. I have always had weak nails. I did not see much of a difference with their strength.
