   Tengo problemas de depresión por periodo, va y viene. Y después de una depresión grave dónde me dieron píldoras muy fuertes decidí ver algo natural.    I've been on pharmaceuticals for years, and was finally ready to get off of them. I started taking one pill a day when tapering off Lexapro, and after a few weeks I started taking two a day. I am now completely off all of my meds, and I feel great! These are definitely very helpful to me and I do not feel depressed at all. I was hoping they helped with anxiety as well, but I have not found that to be the case. I'm very pleased with these and would highly recommend to anybody who suffers from depression.

   Try two boys and I myself use this. We deal with some depression, and this definitely works. We notice a difference within a day or two. We also noticed after some time (we are in the process now of figuring how much that is exactly) we notice that it doesn’t seem to be working anymore. So we just give our body a 3-4 week break from taking it, then continue again and it works great.

   We should not take to much, just for emergency depression attacks is ok, but better take just the tea or tincture. Thats medicine don't abuse.

   I’ve been using St Johns Wart for depression for over 20 years. I only use it occasionally as needed and it always does the trick. Before you put yourself or your child on prescription meds please try this.

   Bought these for my husband who gets anxiety and he loves them. He can't take pills so he disperses it in his beverage so I can't speak to whether they are easy to swallow.

   I've taken St. John's Wort before during a difficult emotional time, it helped then. Have reached another trying time, don't want to use antidepressants, so decided to try the St. John's Wort again. This one looked the best and the purest when I was researching brands. I've just begun my 2nd bottle, and in the past week have finally realized that the heavy weight has lifted. That's the only criteria I have for judging the efficacy of this product, and it is what I was hoping would occur. I started with 2/day, currently am taking 3/day; 2 in the morning, another in the late afternoon, not too close to bedtime, as it did seem to interfere with my sleep. I am pleased and shall continue to use this until my situation eases and I can try to do without.

   Excellent quality, glass bottle & top of line ingredients. This St. John’s wort has helped me want to get up & do stuff. Husband of 55 years passed away & I’ve had a hard time getting motivated to keep up with daily tasks. This did the trick. I have more desire to do stuff and happier. I tale this along with SAM E & it has changed my energy & attitude. I’m 73, have 3 dogs, 2 cats, snow to shovel & keep up with friends & family. Now I can.

   I would recommend this product with a disclaimer because even though I haven't seen results while taking it, I have read about a lot of people who do. I love the ingredients and how clean this supplement is. It is difficult to find clean supplements these days that are able to be competitive in terms of price with the synthetic supplements and I think that Pure Mountain Botanicals does a good job at making them accessible.
