   This is a product you take with hopes that it will prove beneficial. I have no way of knowing if this actually does anything to build my immune system. These capsules seam to be well made and are easy to swallow. I grow elderberries and prefer fresh elderberry juice but this is a good backup for when I don't have fresh or frozen elderberries on hand.

   There are some supplements that we celebrate when we find them in a different form. Blackseed Oil is one that when we found in a capsule/powder form, we were pretty excited. The best part? We could feel the difference with the powder form.
   
   Of course here we are talking about elderberry. We know for a fact that our use of the elderberry syrups results in a stronger well-being. We couldn't seem to see much of a difference with these capsules though. I can only assume that it was because we were in great health when we went through the bottle of them, so it makes it unfair to judge them versus syrup - which we typically take only when feeling the onset of something significant.
   
   So how can anyone know for sure that any of this works? It really is hard to tell. Maybe it does. Maybe it doesn't. But it's nice to have an alternative to syrup in the event that it does work to make us more well.

   Elderberry is supposed to be very good for your immune system, so I decided to try these. I've been taking one a day, which is the minimum dosage. You can take up to two twice a day for a total of four per day, but I decided to start are low. I haven't had any adverse side effects such as stomach discomfort, but without some sort of trial I can't really say how well these worked. I do like the fact that these are vegetarian, organic, kosher, and gluten free and that the manufacturer offers a 100% money back guarantee. That gives me the impression that these are of the highest quality from a manufacturer who stands behind their product.

   I have been taking one a day to keep the sock away! So far so good as I am staying healthy this flu season. Because these are all natural I don't feel bad about taking them daily as a precaution. They are easy to swallow and retail for much more in the store so this is a good buy!

   I've been using elderberry syrup, but it get get pricey. Plus, you need to read the ingredients to make sure it isn't just full of corn syrup and things you don't want. This product seems to be pretty good. It is hard to exactly judge it though. I didn't notice any "flavor" good or bad from the capsules and I found them easy to swallow. Value will depend on how many you take per day. At one a day, with a 90day supply, this is an excellent value. If you are feeling unwell you may choose to take more capsules and more often. Even if this lasts a month and a half I would say it was a good value.

   Elderberries are high in antioxidants and a great boost to your immune system. Instead of taking elderberry syrup daily, I switched over to these. The caplets are tasteless and easy to swallow and contain both the elderberry and elderflower. Directions are to take 1-4 caplets daily, and this bottle contains 90 caplets. I am just talking 1-2 daily, so this should last me a couple of months. Having been under a lot of stress lately, these supplements are helping to keep me healthy and functioning!

   This is an unbelievable supplement that I take religiously. This specific brand is organic, and that is a big plus for me. Taking these is a breeze, and I am able to swallow them easily. I have experienced no negative reactions of any sort.
   I have been taking this now for about 3 weeks, and I feel great overall. Elderberries help with immunity, and taking these should make me get sick less often.

   These capsules are easy to swallow, and have a very mild taste, which is important to me. I’ve heard so many good things about Elderberry and wanted to give it a try, and this has been a great introduction so far. The recommended dosage is at least 2 caps per day, but could be up to four, so at $21 it could be a bit on the pricey side depending on how many you take. I haven’t noticed any side effects, which is nice, but I haven’t noticed any obvious benefits yet either. I know with supplements it can often take awhile, so I’ll give it time.

   I work in the public and have recently starting using elderberry supplements to help boost my immune system. I gave some to my husband when he was struggling with a cold and he got over the cold much faster than he has in the past. I haven't contacted any illnesses since using elderberry. Elderberry will be a staple in my house from now on. It really does help with shortening the sickness time or helping to prevent it at all. I like that this is in capsule form, I was using a dissolvable tablet before now. While it didn't taste awful I prefer to take a pill or capsule and be done with it. if you get sick all the time you need to start taking elderberry

   I recently just bought a bunch of bottles of elderberry syrup from a different brand because we have been knocked down with sickness this Winter. We are trying to build our immune systems and I'm trying to find healthy sufflamina it's to help avoid the flu for my children. Well, I found that I really didn't like the taste of the elderberry syrup. I don't know if the elderberries are very sweet or if the brand I got just over sweetened it but I really couldn't stomach the syrup so I was excited to give this a shot. These capsules are much easier for me to take and to they don't have any aftertaste to them. I do think these are a little pricey so I, personally, only take 2 a day in attempts to conserve them. 2 capsules have 750 mg of elderberry, 100 mg of elderflower and 100 mg of umcklaloaabo. I like the fact that there is elderberry and elderflower in this, giving it a more well rounded supplement with different nutrients. Also, there are no other added ingredients other than the vegetable capsule.
   
   Something worth mentioning is that the elderberry is organic but the elderflower is wild harvested. I don't know if this means that the elderflower has been sprayed or not.

   These capsules are easy to swallow compared to some of the other large sized vitamins I take. There is a strong elderberry type scent to them but they don't have a taste or after taste to them.
   Elderberry is well know for helping with the immune system so this is a great addition to my daily vitamin routine.

   We've been using elderberry as an immune booster for decades, usually in liquid form. I like this capsule form, it's easier to add to my supplement regimen because I can take a handful of pills and then not have to worry about the liquid or the gummies. We take this during cold and flu season. The box it arrived in was unmarked, just had the company name on it, nothing to identify the product inside and there was a weird letter from the owners of the company.

   I have been taking elderberry products regularly for the past few months, and so far, I have avoided all the sickness that seems to be constantly going around. This is an amazing feat as a teacher of elementary-aged students, and I attribute most of that success to elderberry (especially since before taking elderberry, I seemed to get sick all the time!).I prefer the gummy form, as I think they taste a lot better. All elderberry capsules I have tried are kind of stinky and big, including this one.    Hearing and seeing all kinds of things about elderberries on tv so I picked this one to try out. Its a bit high on price but looks like most other brands are also. Hopeful it will work as everyone says it will. Always on look out for ways to stay healthy and fight off the cold and flu season.

   Elderberry is great for boosting immunity. It's not just for fighting colds and flu. It helps your body fight off all types of diseases.
