   I normally use a different brand. Wanted to try this one because it’s organic. Didn’t provide the same balance and clarity. Didn’t seem as potent. Might have been resolved by increasing the dosage but I decided to go back to my usual brand.

   I have the worst pms ever. I fall into to 30% of horrible pms. Pain, mental issues, acne, cyst, fibroids, and much more. I’ve tried everything you can get your hands in and every brand. You name it I’ve tried it. Spent thousands and went to doctors. Tried birth controls. Tried it all. Got this in the mail and started my period 5 days later.    I really love Pure Mountain Botanicals products. I heard about them through a friend at work. She let me sample some of her Dong Quai and I can honestly say that it is much better quality than other brands I've tried. I plan on purchasing other supplements as well. The personal note with their motto sent with each bottle is really great too. Its so refreshing to see a company reaching out to its customers. ☺

   This has really helped me with my menstrual problems. I feel alot better. My period is always painful but after taking these capsules i had no pain at all. I also feel less anxious. I took them one week before my period and during my period and it helped alot. Also i drink dandelion tea one week before my period to help flush excess estrogens. So this combination of both had helped me with menstrual issues.

   Any woman concerned about menopause should consider using dong quai for herbal estrogen replacement therapy. Pure Mountain Botanicals always has high quality products, & this one's no different. I've been using it for a few years in addition to evening primrose oil & soy. Never had a hot flash. I've stopped the soy, but continue the dong quai.

   After TTC for two years, this was one of the supplements I used to finally get pregnant. I took it from the day my period ended until ovulation. Combined with vitex, maca, and evening primrose oil, and also with healthy diet and exercise, my cycle stabilized and I had a positive pregnancy test within 6 weeks. Clomid and two IUI's did not work, but I believe this helped!

   Dong Quai is really helpful for my anemia. I love this product because it is organic, which is really important when buying herbs. I have purchased from this company 3 times and my orders have been on time. Their customer service is also great. If you're going to buy Dong Quai I would definitely recommend this company.
