   I've purchased this supplement for several years for myself, my husband and my mother. Bacopa is thought to help improve memory. The seller very thoughtfully packages and ships its product with a personalized message in each box. Although this is the type of product it is hard to know if its working, I feel good about the quality I'm receiving from this Seller.

   Usually herbal supplements take weeks before you notice results, but within days I was sleeping so much better. I started taking them in hopes that they will help my peripheral neuropathy. If so, I’m sure it will take some time but for now, My sleep is so much more restful and I have more energy.

   I take two, every day. I would recommend this product to people with genuine trouble concentrating.
   
   As a side note: results may vary. I recommended Bacopa to somebody else who could already focus, without supplements, but Bacopa caused them to actually lose concentration.
   
   This product is a must, for me. I have taken it for years, and absolutely need it for work and comprehensive reading.
   
   Bacopa is part of my dream team, combined with chaga, lions mane, and a balance of Omega 3 super seeds.
   
   Not all brands are created with equivalent quality—some do not work. Pure Mountain became my go-to when other brands unexpectedly took a dive with results; the product quality is effective and consistent, with Pure Mountain.

   So my DNA health screening came back that I’m likely to get Alzheimer’s later in life. Scary stuff.
   I did a ton of research and this supplement is one of the only things that reduces adhesions in brain tissue and has been studied for Alzheimer’s prevention.

   I've been using this product for a year and it's an excellent product, there's a medically significant improvement. I take this product along with the Ashwagandha and it balanced my thyroid gland. My mother also asks me to send her to Israel because there is no such product in Israel.

   Tried the Himalaya brand and got part capsules and part tablets in the same bottle. Hey, the label did say caplets but the quality is not up to par with Pure MountIn! I will never switch from them again!

   This is my first time trying Bacopa and I was super impressed with the customer service of the company and quality of the product. I have felt a boost cognitively, but it's hard to know yet if that's just placebo. Regardless, bacopa has a good bit of research behind it and I'll continue taking it!

   Along with Ashwandga and my Nootropic Stack, I have noticed a SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENT IN MY MEMORY AND MOOD! When I ran out of my Nootropics and just had this and Ashwandga I noticed a slight drop off, but still way better than before!
