   Had surgery and hair was falling out by the handful. Started these, and within a few weeks, my hair started to return. Nails seem stronger. No breakouts or upset stomach. Take twice daily.

   My nails are very naturally brittle and thin, even when I get them professionally gel coated, I still would have breaks and tears, but after taking this supplement, after about 2 - 3 months I have noticed I don't hardly have any breaks or tears, I still of course get them gel coated.

   This seems to work with my hair and nails and I have purchased a second bottle. I am allergic to something in Nutrafol, but no allergy problems with this product

   My peeling nails are still peeling after a couple of months of taking this. I have tracked the nutritional deficiency down to iron - which I am now working into my diet. One clear indication that a person has an iron deficiency is peeling nails and Pure Encapsulations Hair/Skin/Nails Ultra doesn't address this deficiency at all.
   
   Update: discovered the culprit for peeling nails is a paint-on hardener I was using (nailtiques 2). My nail beds were receding and it looked like I had oncholysis. I stopped using the hardener a month ago and am continuing to take Pure Encapsulations Hair/Skin/Nails Ultra. My nails are growing in stronger and look healthy.
   
   Update 2: Added picture. I actually have nails! They are strong and healthy. Honestly, I had given up, but consistently took two of these pills every morning and after a couple of months my peeling, breaking, receding nails have finally grown in and look pretty good!! I am so glad.

   When I was recommended this product by a friend, I had absolutely no faith in it. I have used other biotin products and none of them worked for my paper thin nails that constantly peeled. She said give it 3 months and you will see the difference, I promise. She was right! Even going to the salon to get my nails done, they would only look nice for short while because the nail underneath the process was in poor condition. It was a waste of money unless I was going to an event a day or two after my nails were done. Now, this product has even saved me money because my nails look so beautiful in between salon visits, I don't have to go as often! My nails underneath the process are hard and they no longer peel. Very very pleased with this product.

   Pure Encapsulations is a great company with quality products; I am currently on 4 different ones and they all work well. This product is expensive for what it is but because they are high quality ingredients, I understand cost comes with. So far I haven't see any improvement, but I am just 2 weeks in. I am looking forward to seeing long term results

   I struggled with significant hair loss for several months before trying this using nioxin products and other cheaper vitamins etc. But now after finishing this bottle I have new baby hair growing! The only negative is the price, but you get what you pay for.

   Menopause sucks, nails go brittle, hair thinning, loss of moisture retention, really dry skin. But this really worked. After 2 months 2 pills a day, nails look great, very little hair on the brush after detangling in shower, and my skin glows again. I thought it was the collagen powder that did it but when I ran out of this, all my issues came back, not as bad but noticeable change in my nails and that morning glow. I can’t live without this. Love it.

   I have been taking this supplement for six months now and I have to say I have noticed a huge improvement in my nails. They don’t split vertically anymore and my hair grows faster. I have not noticed much difference in my skin but then again I’m not sure what I should be looking for. To me, it’s worth it just for the improvement in my nails. They used to split so deep they would bleed. My nails have always been very thin and soft and they still are but to a lesser degree.

   I stopped taking these for a month. My hair began to fall out a lot more than usual and my nails began to split vertically. I also noticed my skin on my face and neck looked less supple and more droopy. Needless to say I started to take them again right away.
