   I read that cleansing your glands can help with skin conditions so I took these. My friction points (armpit/inner thigh) showed results so I bought a second bottle. I feel like I don’t get as hot in my friction areas. These are definitely worth trying if you suffer from topical skin issues in your friction areas.

   First of all I've been buying from Amazon for some years and this is maybe my 3rd review. I'm not a person to take time out of my busy day to do this. But if you suffer from excess water in your body, look no further. It efffin works. I'm in the Security field and do 18 to 20 hour days. Pictures or before and after on the same schedule 3 weeks apart. PS- stop eating salt.

   So far the the lymph nodes are still swollen and I didn't notice any big improvements in the health overall. But I do know, that the herbal supplements work, but the result often comes after 6 weeks of using the supplements. And as for lymph system to clear up it takes much more time. The ingredients of this supplement look promising.

   It has herbs in it that are known to help. When you do a detox such as this, you should notice after you have followed the recommended dosage for roughly ten days, you should notice benefits to the skin, reduction in swelling and pain, and improved circulation and the flow of lymph and blood.

   I love this lymph detox supplement. its truely just a bunch of roots and plants working together. i love that the ingredients are pure. i like that it is used with good ingreidents for the actualy capsules. no stearates which are proven to be harmful! I love this supplement!

   Now I can really only base my review on what this product “claims to be or do” and what ingredients are inside. I’m taking this product along with a whole hand full of other supplements along with huge diet and lifestyle changes in my goal to reach optimal health. Due to this it’s hard to say that one particular supplement is making a huge difference but I’d like to think that they are all working together towards one goal.

   Has good ingredients - especially for detoxing the system and immune system support. Movement, sweating, massage, and maybe certain types of yoga would be good for lymph nodes I suspect. Chelation therapy might help certain people who have a hard time sweating - maybe.
   Lymph draining? I don't know about that. Maybe if you combine this with sweating that could be true.
   I've taken this for a while and have not noticed anything. But then again, I'm relatively healthy. I have had some pain around the arm lymph node area though maybe once or twice a month. So far I have not noticed any pain while taking this... but then again, just could be coincidence.

   These capsules are easy to swallow. They do not smell very bad as some supplements can and they did cut down on my swelling quite quickly. I was actually very surprised how fast my swelling had gone down. I am a bit disappointed in how many you have to take. The directions say to take 2 capsules three times a day. At that rate of 6 a day, the bottle of 90 will only last 2 weeks. I would like a large bottle to receive a better value. I think it should be at least a one month supply. The bottle is safety sealed with a plastic cover on the cap and a foil seal on the top of the bottle. I can appreciate that these capsules do not contain fillers and have no GMO's and are gluten free.

   No vitamin capsule or supplement is going to move lymph for you or drain a congested lymph system. This really requires specific lifestyle adjustments and activities on your part, like dry brushing, massage, exercise, etc.This supplement contains a nice spectrum of potent herbs that are often used for liver support, immune system, and mood balance, all of which are affected by the health of your lymph system.I wouldn't say this supplement has or will make a big difference in how I feel (I have sluggish lymph drainage due to prexisting conditions and a less-than-ideal lifestyle and am very intuned to how my body is affected by the condition of my lymph system) but the herbs this contains are all very beneficial from a holistic perspective and for that, I would rate this as a high quality and useful supplement. But do your own research and take actions to help drain your lymph fluid regularly rather than pop a pill and think that'll do it.Kudos to the company for not using a lot of capsu...More

   Wife who has problems with fluid retention takes fluid pills but they seem to have no effect on lymph fluid. The lymph detox has worked remarkably well to reduce swelling in her legs.
