    I am 51, post menopausal, and I use .05% tretinoin. My face had become very dry after I entered menopause. Nothing helped. No creams, lotions, collagen supplements. I thought I’d try this supplement based on Hot&Flashy Angie’s advice. These supplements really do work! The dry flaky skin is already diminishing (I’ve only taken about half of a bottle as of this time), and the fine lines on my face are softening and looking less noticeable. This is an excellent product!!

    I had been taking these for several months and thought, I wonder if these are really doing anything. I stopped and then a couple weeks later started to realize my skin...everything from my hands to my lips...felt so dry. At first I couldn't figure out why. Then I remembered I had stopped taking these. So, back to a tab a day and feeling more refreshed.

    I have only been taking these for a week and haven't really noticed anything different with my skin yet, but as a good side effect my eyeballs are feeling moisturized. I have really dry eyes and I feel like my eyes are feeling much more soothed and hydrated, if that makes sense. I have had really dry eyes for a long time and this is a great side effect if it is helping.

    I am almost done with my first bottle. I did read it usually takes a full month of use before you can see/feel the benefits. So far I have noticed that my hair seems to be getting oily faster. I’m not sure if it’s this, but I’ve also been sleeping much harder and haven’t needed to get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night like I usually do . I haven’t really changed anything else, so possibly an unexpected benefit.
    I’ll try to remember to come back and update after another month.

    Mine must have been damaged by heat or storage somehow.

Secondly, Hot and Flashy Angie on YouTube recommended the Sports Research Phytoceramides, so I was intrigued, but since I have been taking hyalauronic acid for similar reasons, i.e., dry eyes and dry skin and hair, I figured the phytoceramides would not provide any more relief for my dry skin. Well, my dry skin, especially around my mouth and chin area has continued to get worse. Last winter, the cold air and wind exposure resulted in very chapped and uncomfortable dry skin on my face and neck, and no topical cream, balm, or ointment seemed to help.
