   I knew I was having a hard time coming up with words and even trying to think of it for a bit wasn't working. I noticed after taking Cognitive Complex for a few days, I actually noticed a difference. Words come to mind so much easier, and if I do get stuck It seems to come to me within a few seconds. I'm amazed because I was skeptical about it really making a difference, but I'm so happy I tried it. It works for me!

   These cognitive health supplement pills are reasonably sized, mostly tasteless, and easy to swallow. I don't have the knowledge or background to properly evaluate their effectiveness or explain why they do/don't work. What I will say is that, as I near the end of this bottle, I'm strongly considering buying again.

   This supplement has a good assortment of compounds that are thought to help with cognitive functions. Now to be clear, whether or not these work really depends on the person. Personally, I felt no negative side effects while taking these but I'm not really sure if there's any effect at all. Everyone of course is different though so the ingredients might effect you.
   
   The list of ingredients here are pretty good too, and includes B1, B6, B12, all of which are important for general health, as well as things like ginkgo biloba and L-tyrosine, which are thought to help with memory and focus. Overall it includes quite a few interesting ingredients. These capsules are GMP certified so you are likely getting good quality ingredients too.

   This supplement works through a few different pathways. It has three B vitamins in smallish amounts, mushroom extracts, herbs like gingko biloba, and the amino acid L-tyrosine. I think over time, particularly if you are not otherwise getting enough B-vitamins, particularly B-12, this supplement will be beneficial. I really haven't noticed much of a difference taking it in the afternoon, but I get plenty of B-vitamins, and I also take a mushroom supplement in the morning. L-tyrosine is an interesting amino acid that might help with cognition. One problem with this type of supplement is that after the B-vitamins, all the other ingredients are part of a proprietary blend, so you have no way of knowing how much of each you are getting. Also, the amounts that are listed are for two capsules, which makes this a one-month supply. It's really out of my price range for long-term use, but I do think the formula has some merit and I may look into replicating it with less expensive single-ingredie...More

   This supplement contains Vitamins B1,B6,B12, and 1200mg of a proprietary blend. There are 7 ingredients in the proprietary blend, with the top 3 ingredients being Lion's Mane Mushroom Powder, Bacopa Monnieri powder, and L-Tyrosine. I am not a fan of proprietary blends, as I do not know the amount of each ingredient that I am getting.
   The suggested daily dose is 2 capsules preferably with a meal. My supplement arrived fresh, shrink wrapped & safety sealed and was manufactured in a cGMP facility.

   This brain supplement has great ingredients.
   I have been taking it for 2 weeks and have not noticed any focus or memory improvement but I think 2 weeks is a short amount of time to expect results.
   The dosage is 2 a day, so the bottle is a 30 day supply.
   Average size capsules, easy to swallow with no aftertaste.

   I'm so glad I found these. I've had trouble focusing at work and it may be placebo but I've been taking these for about 2 weeks and am thinking so much clearer and focusing better. The pills are large and a little uncomfy to swallow but just take a big gulp of water. Great product!

   The supplement is basically B vitamins with some Cordyceps.
   Neither of those are particularly expensive.
   
   Considering this is only a 30 day supply, I wouldn't consider it a great value.

   I’ve had good experience with Pattern Wellness products in the past, so I had high hopes that this one would meet my expectations. I would say that it did just that as it seemed to help with cognition. The supplement is a light brown powder in a cellulose capsule of average size (maybe slightly larger than average, but close enough). The capsules are stored in a white plastic bottle with a plastic screw on cap that should keep them fresh. I found the capsules relatively easy to swallow. There is a best by date and lot number printed on the bottom of the bottle.

   This supplement for cognitive performance includes B vitamins as well as proprietary blend of mushrooms and herbs. Since starting the two capsules a day, I’ve noticed an increase in my energy levels. Not sure if that’s from the added B vitamins, mushrooms, or one of the herbs. It may take more time to see improvement in my focus or memory. I like that it’s vegan, GMP certified, nonGMO, and free of side effects for me. Recommended.

   I had high hopes for this cognitive supplement and it has lived up to most of those expectations. The overall effect is quite mild, but I feel that this does grant a small boost to focus and mental clarity. For example, an ad-hoc lateral thinking exercise came up just this morning and was pleasantly surprised at my performance.
   
   Main effects aside, this supplement arrived sealed and clean. The capsules are a medium size and have been easy to swallow with a drink. They don't have any flavor or even much scent to them, which is nice. While this does contain a fair amount of ingredients, that fact is balanced by the well labelled bottle that leads me to think the product is legitimate. This seems like a trustworthy supplement and does have a mild benefit.

   Perhaps this supplement is one that may take some time to see a noticeable difference. In which case, I'll rate it for various other features for now. The capsules are on the larger size, and look to be filled with a grey/brown powder (mushrooms, makes sense). They're not difficult to swallow nor do they offer any flavors or scents. I don't love that the serving size is 2 capsules - so like many supplements they convince you to purchase a 60 capsule bottle that only lasts 30 days. It'd feel less misleading to announce the days of coverage vs the number of capsules. The mix of mushrooms and other ingredients is nice, and could replace a couple individual supplements instead making it a better value. However, unless you want exactly all of these items in one pill, the $40+ price point for a 30 day supply is a bit high. I haven't noticed any marked differences since I started taking it, either. I'll consider upping my rating if I find that I notice more focus/clarity over time.

   I do believe that any kind of real improvement in memory function etc. will only become apparent over an extended period of time. This is not a drug, but rather a combination of natures elements. I can clearly say that it did not upset my stomach even at the least. It is prescribed to take with a meal, and all I had was some crackers, and still no stomach upset. I'm at that age where memory becomes a factor, so if in the long run I see a marked improvement, I will come back and update this review.

   This bottle of cognitive complex supplements has 60 capsules; a serving size is 2, so you get a 30-day supply. They contain a number of the ingredients I was looking for in a support blend like this, plus some extras. It has B-1, B-6 and B-12, ginko biloba, gotu kola, and a mushroom blend including lion’s mane, reishi and cordyceps. It also has bacopa monnieri and l-tyrosine. Taking these 2 capsules one time a day allows me to skip my B-vitamin blend, my mushroom blend, and my ginko, all of which I was taking separately. So far the effects are in line with taking the supplements separately. This product is gluten free, dairy free and soy free as well as being vegan and non-GMO. It also has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. The bottle was well sealed and the expiration date is about 20 months out so I have plenty of time to use these, although I am currently taking them daily so they will almost certainly be gone way before that.

   Relatively large capsule. The contents are finely milled and don't taste of mushroom: my wife described it as "mild dirt". I can't comment on the efficacy of the formulation but it's certainly easier to take than preparing mushrooms.

   This Pattern Wellness Cognitive complex contains individual ingredients that have been in use for many years and that there's published science on, including Lion's Mane & Reishi & Cordyceps mushrooms, Gingko, Bacopa Monnieri, Gotu kola, key B vitamins, etc. I'm also reassured since this product has GMP and non-GMO seals. Its easy to take 2 of these capsules a day. I'm happy with this supplement.

   I have been taking this product for about a week now and have noticed improved mental clarity and focus. I like the blend of B vitamins along with the variety of medicinal mushrooms. I also like that it is a non-GMO product and soy-free. The capsules are a bit larger than other supplement capsules I currently take, but I haven't had any issues with swallowing them, nor do I taste any unpleasant aftertaste. The only disadvantage was the sticker placement on the bottle I received as you can see in one of the pictures.

   These cognitive support supplements are similar in size to other popular supplements with added benefits of Ginko biloba, gotu kola, mushroom blend, B-1, B-6 and B-12. I have only taken them for a couple of days, so I cant really attest yet to the claims of memory and focus/clarity improvement, but they have not caused any jitters or other side effects thus far.
   
   The description and images are in line with what I received. The ingredients are similar in dosage and scope to other brain function supplements so I am looking forward to seeing results!
