    I don't really believe in herbal supplements and all the things they promise, like St. Johns Wort, etc. I thought for sure I'd be returning these. But, man, this stuff works. So much so that I'm going to half the dose because it's making me a little jittery. But the energy and focus are razor sharp. And it's not a placebo effect because to be honest I took them with my morning coffee and forgot about it -- then i noticed a surge in energy in the afternoon and evenings that I was feeling, then after the second day it finally occurred to me "Could this be the Lion's Mane working??" Like I forgot I had taken in (easy to do when you're up at 5am consumed with work while trying to keep up with a toddler). Anyway, if you think you have ADHD and don't want to bother with all the testing and dealing with meds and have trouble focusing and little energy, definitely give this a shot.

    This is the only Lions Mane supplement that works for me. I definitely notice the difference and my friends have too. They have started taking it as well. My memory has never been better. I had a terrible memory as a kid, I have an amazing memory as a 40 year old. I highly recommend this product to anyone and everyone. I wish I could rate it 10 stars!
