   I was skeptical at first but after taking in one day I noticed a difference! No lie people it's legit! I have been hyper focused and full of energy. I take the one a day mens, cognitive, and focus every morning for the last 3 days. It's a whole new world!

   I'm going to be honest. Although I am giving this a 4 star. I don't know if it worked. One minute I would feel like it was working but other times ehh I couldn't really tell. It didn't affect my sleep or anything. Some days I would feel like I am getting an energy boost. Other times I didn't. I noticed it made my stomach hurt a little bit . It is rather pricey in my eyes and won't buy them again. But everyone's body is different so it won't hurt to give it a shot!

   I take one a day multivitamins so I was excited to see if this would actually work. After finishing the bottle I can say the improvement in cognition is minimal at best. This is not something like caffeine that jolts you up right away, but it works silently in the background to help with memory and focus over time. With continued use I expect better results, but for now I still need to rely on energy drinks for a quick boost in performance.

   Bacopa extract is a strong antioxidant herb that prevents free radicals from doing damage to the body and brain. The One A Day Cognitive Support contains 300mg of Bacopa, the exact amount that has been shown in numerous studies to help improve cognition, in particular memory function. If free radicals contribute to brain fog and Bacopa can neutralize them, memory should improve. I am all for taking herbs that may have positive effects on my brain health and memory function. The One A Day brand by Bayer has been around for awhile and lives up to its name. You truly only need to swallow one capsule a day. A simple way to help my brain function better throughout the day. No adverse reactions from swallowing these capsules have occurred for me. The 2 bottle 2 month supply is a no brainer to try out.

   I have taken a One A Day multi-vitamin for years. I was interested in this supplement because as I age, I find I require more brain power to keep up with all the things I need to keep track of for both my home and work life. For basically 0.63 cents a day (30 day option), this item claims to help achieve cognitive goals. I ordered the option that provides two 30-day supply for about $27 dollars (13.50/month). The description advises the need to consistently take this supplement, and will take at least 3 months to achieve its full potential. The product description advises: "This supplement is backed by three ingredient clinical trials on Bacopa. When used consistently over 12 weeks it can help you achieve your cognitive goals. Invest in yourself and take a big step for your cognitive performance."

   The pills are easy to swallow but I typically don't have a problem swallowing pills. They are flavor and scent free which is definitely a plus. I really like the trusted name of these supplements as I believe it makes a difference in how the supplement is absorbed and trusted.
   Since taking these two weeks ago I've had no ill effects so I'm pleased with knowing my body is not rejecting this. Lastly I feel more energy and clarity since starting taking these.

   I don’t know if it’s working but I’m doing all that i can to help my brain recover from chemo. I do know that they are easy to take, don’t taste like anything before i gulp them down and i have not had any adverse reactions.

   These are a supplement from OneADay which is a brand I have used off and on my entire life. This is a 30 capsule bottle but is a bit steeply priced for a month supply. After have taken these for a bit I have noticed a bit of an improvement in my focus and recalling of things. I plan to continue to use to see if improvement continues. If it does than it would be worth the price to me.

   One A Day is a trusted brand in my book. I have been taking their products off and on for years. I have added this to my daily regiment. While I haven't noticed a substantial difference in my cognition, I do know that it may take some time for the effects to set in. Pill in on par with may other supplements, dry powder in a capsule. So if you are put off by these types and want a solid pill, you might look elsewhere.

   After about the first 1-2 weeks, I did find myself feeling more focused at work. I write software for a living and felt like my mind was just working a little bit better (I don't know how else to describe it). I was definitely skeptical that it was directly related to this product, so I kept going forward with the 30 day bottle.
   
   Over the next couple of weeks, I continued feeling the same improved focus, although it seemed to flatten out to where I was kind of maintaining - so don't expect infinite improvement as you keep taking the supplement. Also, I do feel like my memory retention/recall has slightly improved - which is great because it was really starting to get bad.
   
   Look, this stuff is very subjective, I can only tell you how it made me "feel". I have no way of knowing or proving that this product was directly responsible for the improvements that I felt, and therefore was hesitant on giving it 5 starts. Conversely, I didn't think it was right to dock it a star or two when I did have positive improvement while taking it.
   
   For my final thought:
   I am getting older, and I typically drink a lot on the weekends, so I'm not doing my body/mind any favors. If I can find something that is relatively affordable and can counteract some of my self-imposed mental decline, then I'm all for it. I will continue taking this for as long as I "feel" it continues to help me.
   
   If any of this applies to you, I would recommend trying it for 30 days to see if it helps.

   I am always experimenting with Ayurvedic herbs and nootropics so was curious about this offering. Many cognitive supplements rely on B vitamins to do the heavy lifting and it is effective if you are deficient in them. I have used all three components contained in this tablet in the past with good results so appreciate seeing them combined in a single capsule. The effects are subtle, but I believe they do offer a solid boos to mental clarity. Recommended.

   These cognitive supplements are backed by some scientific research. Coming from a well known brand, you can feel better about putting these in your body compared to some other questionable supplements. Taking these for a more extended period of time, there does appear to be some improvement.

   I started using this supplement for cognitive performance improvement and I think that it helps me stay mentally focused longer. I take 1 capsule daily as suggested and it is easy to swallow with water. This product has not caused any side effects so far. I like that this supplement is free of artificial colors and flavors.

   ONE A DAY Cognitive Support Supplement is the support I need. I have a hard time focusing. This supplement has helped me to be clear and focused. I love that you only have to take one small capsule daily. My only concern is that this has sunflower oil which can cause inflammation.

   This product has a good combination of 3 ingredients known for cognitive support. If these ingredients are effective for you it is a win. The price point is reasonable for the quantity. The pill is a gel capsule that is easy to consume and does not have a strong smell or taste.

   Holy basil calms me down so I like that it's in this supplement. I do already take bacopa for concentration and focus, and I'm hopeful that the rhodiola will help me with fatigue. I like that there is a combination so if I'm traveling, I only have to take this one bottle with me. The capsules look clean and have a faint pleasant scent. They are easily swallowed and do not upset my stomach or have any aftertaste.
