   I am a total skeptic when it comes to supplements. But OLLY Brain had such good reviews, I researched the ingredients. I have taken this product for 2 months now. My focus, concentration and especially my memory have improved well beyond what I could have thought possible. I highly recommend it.

   I used to use all of their vitamins for me, my husband, and our family. That was until I saw the sugar/carb content. If you are sugar conscious or on Keto, stay far away. I was getting over 50 carbs a day from vitamins and supplements. Once I switched to regular, not gummy, vitamins, the Keto kicked in and I started losing about half a pound a day. Too bad, because I liked their products, especially this one.
