   I have been using this for two-ish months now, and while I don't know that it's doing anything for my skin or hair, my nails are growing like crazy and are strong as heck. I could probably shred metal with them. I feel like I'm trimming them every day and they just keep coming back with a vengeance. It's a bit crazy, tbh.

And no I’m not paid to write this at all.I’ll give a brief context: about 5 years ago I started taking quite a few different supplements for my health along with Silica and biotin. As a result of taking the Silica Now supplement (however back then it was the horsetail one) my hair grew the longest/ thickest and shiniest it’s ever grew in my whole life!    However, I just started taking this bamboo silica supplement again 5 days ago. And I kid you not, my hair is already looking thicker and more luscious, and it does this lovely wavy thing at the ends like it used to when my hair became thicker 5 years ago!
   
   This is only 5 days in and I’m so happy I found out it was the silica that made the difference! Ps I have also been taking Biotin along with silica for the last 5 days so it could be the combination of both!
   It 100% works with hair growth and thickness!

   Silica has so many different benefits from supporting your hair nails and skin. I know it’s going to make such a great difference. I love this company and it’s bamboo silica so it’s coming from a great source and it’s supposed to help with collagen production, which sounds so great since I am two years away from 30. I’m starting to notice some skin changes and hoping this changes it all

   I put them into smaller capsules because I don’t think need much. Has helped my hair growth, I feel more tired during parts of day/night but it is a good kind of tired, good sleep while on it oddly.

   I lost 50 percent of my hair after Covid. Of course I was ordering anything to help with the hair loss. The only thing I noticed was my hair grew longer very quickly but it did nothing for the hair loss. I’m re ordering it though.

   Starting at age 40+, my hair has been falling out in terrifying handfuls and has for the last 18-20 years. I have normal weight hair, but a lot of it... or at least I used to. I had tried everything. Supplements, infra red light, topicals in expensive brands and no name natural ingredients. Scalp massage. I tried everything. At about age 60... I gave up. Then I read about the benefits of silica and thought - well I may was well try one more thing. WOW! It's been 8 weeks of taking 2 a day and the last few times I washed my hair I cried... tears of joy. Hardly *any* hair loss! I have not taken any new products since I've been trying this. It's got no yucky taste/burps, no tummy ache (I'm sensitive to vitamins) and its very affordable! I am thrilled. I'll report back if anything changes.

   I use to take this often years ago along with GNC Hair Skin and Nails then I forgot about it but my hair was flowing and fantastic now going through menopause and this new hairstylist damaged my hair had to cut it off so let’s see how it Goes this helps along with your hair vitamin for stronger hair

   I am an incredibly skeptical consumer. Not a lot out there , in my experience, that delivers what is promised in any products. This one in particular, I am very pleased with. I have hip length hair. I have multiple health issues that directly affect my hair. Causing it to be dry , actively thinning and slow to grow. I’ve used just about every product I’ve ever seen to combat these issues. My hair only grows 3-4 inches a year, at best. I’m on my second bottle. It took about a month or so for me to notice any changes. However, so far it has worked better than any other supplement or product I’ve used for my hair. I’m not sure on the change in length yet , if any , but my hair is definitely thicker and not as dry. My brush no longer looks like it’s birthing Chewbacca’s child every time I brush it out. That alone is worth the purchase. Also , my nails ! I typically have brittle, thin and flimsy nails. Not anymore. This supplement is making my nails grow like crazy. They are no longer thin...More

   I've been taking Banboo Silica for my hair and it's positive effects. I like this brand for it's quality n cost. The size of the capsules are a lil on the large. Still, they're not too difficult to swollow.

   I really like this supplement. I have taken it for six weeks now. I wanted something for hair growth that didn't contain biotin. Biotin causes my acne prone skin to break out even more.
   
   I have noticed a little hair growth so far. I am optimistic that I will see even better results in the months that follow. The biggest improvement, however, is in my skin. My acne has cleared up a lot, and my skin kind of glows.

   Update I have been using these supplements for a few months. My nails always grew but would break and that made me fall in love with dip nails. My nails are strong and thick. I’ll never go back to the salon but for maybe a manicure here and there.
   
   These vitamins are great for nails. My nails were so brittle after having dip put on my nails. These restored my nails in about two weeks. These are good for hair growth as well.

   This is my second bottle of this brand of Bamboo. So far after the first bottle I’ve seen a change in my nails, skin and hair growth. Nails are former. Hair is growing in thick. Skin is clear.
