   These actually make me feel more focused and I sleep well(I did before so my sleep schedule hasn’t changed). I’d say these are pretty effective and easy to take. The taste isn’t awful either in my opinion

   I don’t think I’ve been taking this long enough to say it is better than what I was buying. I can say the price is much better. The main ingredients are the same as the brand that costs 2+ times more. So I’ll stick with it for a few months to be sure but I think I’ll be using this from now on.

   Said something to my Doc about wanting to keep all my marbles.
   He gave me a bottle of the capsules he was taking. These capsules.
   It really is brain food. I noticed a difference after about a week. I have a reputation for getting lost in a phone booth and have to write everything down, especially directions. Not any more.
   Capsules are smooth and easy to swallow.
   Very highly recommend !!

   This has been very good and clarity seems to be restored. It does however seem to work adversely on my digestive system so I just cut the dosage down and that works well. Would recommend it.

   This brain supplement is readily available from Amazon, and is relatively inexpensive. My husband has been taking over 2 months. We see improvement in memory and cognition.
