   So, I have been taking this for a little over a week now and I am already noticing a difference with my memory. I used to get distracted and lose my train of thought but since taking this, I am a lot more focused.
   
   I saw some reviews about the pill tasting horrible and being too big. I’ll agree with the tasting horrible part but you are only going to notice it, if you do not swallow it right away. As far as the size, it’s the same size as a multi-vitamin, it’s bigger than some pills but definitely not enormous or comparable to a horse pill. I would definitely recommend this.

   I'm still testing it but the bottle is colorful. Pills are large so if you can swallow pills this one will choke you. The product could be more compact.

   I have recently noticed a difference in my memory and it was alarming to me. I wanted to try something that wasn't the advertised stuff and after doing some research on what I needed I found these. I started taking 2 every morning and almost immediately noticed an improvement. And if I happen to forget to take them, (not because of my memory but because of time), I also notice a difference. To me, these are ABSOLUTELY worth the money. I will continue to purchase and use, for sure!

   Over the last 3 years I've noticed gradual challenges with remembering words, titles of books and music just to name a few struggles. Over the last 30 years I've seen welcomed change in my ability to remember song titles, quotes... Things that used to come quickly to me. I'll post an update as time goes on.

   I ordered this at the beginning of a new school year and started with just one a day to try to help with all of the new names I have to remember and to help organize my thoughts. I moved up to two capsules in the morning and do not feel any different when taking them. As in, I don’t feel any jitters, shaking, or extra energy. I do have a little nausea but if I eat a little breakfast after taking them it resolves. The capsules are on the larger side, but not too big. They do have a bit of the vitamin smell to them.
   After about 2 weeks of taking them I do think that they are helping. I feel more clear headed and task focused. I’m able to remember things that I need to do better and I feel less scattered.
   It isn’t a huge difference, but it is noticeable and I have recommended these vitamins to friends.

   Anything is better than what you get in your food.. I can tell a slight difference when cycled with alpha brain, kava ect
