    Lowes my triglycerides from 800 to 250 and I take 2 a day. Thats still over 200 and not good but since I dont want to take pharmaceutical statins, I'll have to live with it. Its the best I've found so far.
    Exercise helps me not unless I do hard exercise for over an hour a day, ug.
