   Initially I was contemplating between Nature Bounty and Alive as I wanted to try something that helps with my hair growth and I've been using Alive Women's Multivitamins for years and they work for me so I decided I'm going to try the Hair vitamins. I saw hair growth by the second week taking this product. It works well for me and I will continue to take them.
   
   Guys it may not work this way for you but this is how it was for me so I do recommend giving it a try.

   My daughter has been taking Nature's Way for about 10 months now. She has always had thin nails and after a few months of taking it her nails are strong and long. She also has a lot of new hair growth. I started taking it for about 4 months now and not sure if I noticed a difference with my hair, but hey, I'm taking vitamins which should be good for me. Anything helps at my 56 years of age.

   I've tried several different brands of gummy collagen and biotin and this brand works noticeably better than others. My nails are stronger, split and break a lot less. My hair grows faster, but it’s not thicker.

   I’ve been using these for two months now and notice a big difference in my hair. It’s fuller and feels softer. I also take a 5,000mcg Biotin along with it. For those who are getting gummies melted together, put the jar in the freezer for about 20-30 minutes. Then gently shake. This has worked for me.

   This product is great. My nails have grown faster and stronger than ever. The flavor is good, and as a vegetarian I appreciate that they use pectin instead of gelatin. My doctor recommended this type of supplement, and this one works! Will keep buying!

   Took about a month but I can tell a difference. I have liver damage so my hair falls out and my nails crack down the middle. This product not only tastes good it works.

   I chose this product because my hair is falling out and my nails won't grow. I know that it will take more than one bottle before I notice a difference, but so far I can tell you that the taste is ok, there is kind of a bitter aftertaste, but it goes away almost right away. The gummies are easy to chew and easy to swallow. I will add more here if I notice more.

   I really like the ingredients in this product. A big plus for the fruit blend but the taste is awful. I bought it for my husband's nail and hair issues and he is like a kid telling me that it tastes disgusting. I tried the gummies and I thought it had a chemical taste. Know if you improve the taste that we would be repeat customers.

   I get this subscribe monthly, it has good flavor and easy to chew. I take the gummies for I have a problem with pills. I also take these with Alive 50+ multivitamin gummies every morning and they are just as flavorful. Love they use pectin instead of gelatin. Thanks

   I can tell my hair is benefitting from this vitamin. The taste is little too sweet for me, but the benefit definitely outweighs the sweetness. I just bought a nother bottle and plan to purchase again.

   Tastes too good…it’s he highlight of my morning as I rush out to work. I’ve been taking them for over a year and half now. I accidentally singed my hair with a candle so I took these to help speed up the growth…in nearly 2 years my hair grew back to the smE length. I have not noticed healthy nails…mine are still weak and brittle

   Over time I found that, when added to my normal vitamin regime, it not only had a positive impact on my hair and eyelashes it also provided extra energy. Stopped taking it for awhile and, within a couple of months, my energy dipped. Went back on it and felt a difference. And, it tastes good too.

   I love these gummies and have been using them for a very long time. I started ordering them from Amazon last year and every bottle is melted and compressed to the bottom all stuck together. The order my son put in for me arrived today and the bottle was swollen with air/gas?? And the bottle popped when I opened the lid! Also the gummies were dry and nasty looking instead of moist and yummy looking....did they forget a preservative in the jar or what???? These gummies are great but if the quality from Amazon doesn't get better, I may decide to go back to getting them from a local store.

   The first batch tasted off, the bottle was warped, so I had to exchange, the new batch is much more reassuring and was shipped very quickly as replacement. Positive experience so far.
