   OMG! The back of my hair literally stopped growing 2yrs ago. I had to keep cutting the front above my shoulders so it would be even. I bought these because of the good reviews I read. Well, in June I bought my first bottle and now , 5 months later, the back of my hair has grown 2 1/2” or a little more easily . I combined the gummies with a shampoo and conditioner called Carols daughter which helps prevent breakage from flat irons and blow drying. What a remarkable difference! I wish I had taken pictures from then to now. I’m so happy with my hair now. It’s fuller, longer and softer even with the blow drying and flat iron. I take two gummies every day. I believe that these have helped my hair. Just try them. If they don’t work for you at least you didn’t spend $80 for a bottle like some of those other hair supplements. Plus they taste good.    the ingredients are quite good, I don’t know if they are effective because I didn’t notice any visible changes, the packaging is interesting, it seems a little too sweet for me

   I NEVER do product review but I have been using this product for a couple months. My mail were brittle and split. I could not grow them out. This works. My nail are doing great

   This product is really great. I liked the biotin in it - a must for hair and nails. I noticed an improvement in my skin too, seemed healthier. Overall, it's a good product. I'm very satisfied with my purchase!

   I bought these because what I usually get was out. I haven’t been taking them a full month yet, so I haven’t seen much in hair growth. But I haven’t seen any less hair, so I’ll keep taking them. No effect on skin or nails yet either. Easy to use, the gummies, while a bit bigger than a different brand, do melt down well while chewing. They don’t stick together or to my teeth, that’s a plus. The flavor is a bit odd, vaguely fruity with an aftertaste I guess from the collagen? Not enough to stop me taking 2 every day. We’ll see if they have a positive impact. Will likely take at least one more 30 day supply to see. Good price! Bottle had a seal.

   Great taste, but i can only speak on difference in my nails theyre alot stronger and longer. Im doing other treatments and supplements for my hair and skin so im not sure if its improved those aspects.

   I have been taking multi-vitamins from this brand for a few years now. I noticed I was losing quite a bit of hair and my nails were getting all brittle so I switched to the Hair and Nair version. I have been taking them for 2 weeks now and really see an improvement in the loss of hair on my brush and my nails are not slipping as much as before. I am hopeful that with prolonged use, my nails will be much healthier. I am on my 2nd bottle. The flavor is great and easy to digest. I normally have trouble taking vitamins no matter what time of day. But these are great.

   with all good things, you need to stay consistent. but i swear on my life these work, i’ve been taking them for five months and am noticing a difference in my nail health (after having had many gel manicures), rapid hair growth (all over… blessing and curse) and even in my eyelashes! i honestly just like the fact i get to have a gummy in the morning bc i’m a sugar fiend but this stuff actually works
