   4 stars because of the taste. I bought these cause I saw them on TikTok (they said it grows nails & hair). I work long hours and I need all the vitamins to keep me up. I’m more of a gummy vitamins girl but these are the sweetest I had. There’s no extraordinary taste but my energy level isn’t low anymore since I started taking these. When my hair and nails start growing, I’ll come back to update y’all.

   These are the only gummy vitamins that taste well. The texture is very smooth and it’s about the size of a gumdrop candy. My nails are growing like crazy and my hair is growing in less brittle.
   
   I have bought these, ran out, bought some in town, regretted the flavor and texture, and reordered these. They are my go to.

   I really like the taste of these vitamins. I’m also glad they aren’t too chewy. I hate when things stick to my teeth. I have been on them for four months. I don’t really notice a difference with them but my doctor is happier with my bloodwork.
