    This is not meant to disparage the quality or efficacy of the product. On the contrary, this biotin supplement seems to be potent and easily absorbed. I purchased this supplement hoping to help with my thinning hair. I’m not sure if helps with hair or nails but it’s does seem potent.

    The problem is that, after some research, I found that most people simply don’t need a biotin supplement. Biotin is readily available in everyday foods - bananas, eggs, dairy, etc., Too much biotin can result in a prominent rash - which I developed within 24 hours of my first dose.
    The rash cleared 48 hours after I stopped taking biotin.

    If you have a biotin deficit, this seems like an excellent product. If you don’t have a biotin deficiency, maybe eat an extra egg or have a glass of milk instead.

    I take them after having weight loss surgery. My hair was thinning so bad even though I get my protein in. I started taking these and noticed changes after about 2 weeks. I've been taking them 3 months and now my hair is back better then before actually. I have locs and they are superrrrrr thick now. I wish I had b4 and after pics

    I’ve been taking one of these Biotin capsules every day for about two months. I first noticed my hair feeling a little thicker, but was mainly taking it for my nails, which peeled and chipped constantly. It has worked wonders! No peeling or chipping in at least a month, and they are growing beautifully! I keep a light layer strengthener on them, but I am convinced it’s the Biotin that is really making the difference. No more having to go to the nail salon to have hard, beautiful nails! And so much healthier too.

    I've used this brand before and have liked the level of potency. My hair was becoming brittle from a professional dye treatment and between this brand and another on Amazon, my hair is becoming less brittle and growing back in with it's original texture.
