   Worked better than other products I used for the same thing. But be sure to use the one with the Argon oil, as in my opinion it worked better than their product that doesn't.

   They arrive perfect I hoped that they do a great job because I have used other hair skin and nails and after three months you could tell a difference but I stopped taking them so now I’m gonna try these to see how long it takes. This brand is always a good brand so we’ll see but I’m satisfied with them. I think they’re gonna be just fine.

   Purchased 1 bottle n all good. Month later got more. So I opened the second bottle, which had lighter colored packaging and the vitamin smell was off the charts. They just seem different and of course I purchased 2 bottles this time instead of one. Will be a total gag to take 3 of these new ones. 🤷‍♀️

   It recommended taking 3 per day I’m just taking 2. To stretch the bottle some I think it’s easy to take and better than a gummy that has tons on sugar.

   I love these. The texture is better than usual gummies. They work great. My doctor recommended I take some. I have very long hair and used to find it everywhere after taking these that stopped. No one complained any more about finding my hair all over.

   I’ve been taking 3 pills a day for a couple weeks, and I already see results. My nails have grown super long and they are stronger. Haven’t seen much growth with my hair, but I’ll give it more time. These are super easy to swallow. Overall great product. Cheaper than some of the other hair and nail supplements out there.
