    I have noticed no difference in my skin, hair or joints but after a short time of taking these, the ridges in my fingernails improved significantly. They did not go completely away, but are definitely better. Not a fan of the flavor as it reminds me of the smell of lemon Pledge furniture polish which I had to use for my childhood job of dusting the furniture. Must be some repressed trauma there LOL
