   Use the Ceylon Cinnamon as part of my self made shake in the hopes that it, along with the many other ingredients, are doing me some good. Like most of these things you just believe you are doing yourself some good but you can't prove it.

   Bought these based on a friends recommendation. price was right, brand gets good reviews. will probably take awhile for the full effect to kick in, so we'll see. happily made the purchase.

   This product may be good for some that are not concerned about their A1c numbers. I checked my number before taking the Natural Choice Botanicals Organic Cinnamon (Ceylon). My starting number was 86. I took one capsule with my normal breakfast that normally would take my number up to 150 or so. I rechecked my number after the usual 2 hours, and it was up to 266. I’m very careful about what I eat. This is the highest number I’ve had in months. I’m still learning what works and doesn’t work for me. This doesn’t work for me.

   I take one capsule three times a day before meals. I can tell the difference of glucose control. No roller coaster numbers. It's just been such a balance the two months I've been using this product. I can even tell my urination has been more controlled. No signs of excessive glucose. When I cheat a little, it's still control. But I don't recommend cheating. Just something I like now and keeping a good balance. Some food we don't realize has more sugar than it does and so on. I'm on my second order

   So both of these are supposed to be true cinnamon what I have noticed is that the natural choice is lighter kind of like a powder form where it to the other one that comes from the US is more corse than the other. The natural choice you barely can taste the cinnamon as well the smell is very weak. So maybe natural choice is real?

   Ceylon cinnamon a safer alternative for ppl with kidney disease. I take it 30 min. after meal to help control blood sugar.

   When you open the bottle you can smell the potency of the cinnamon. As well as when you taste it. The color is correct for Ceylon Cinnamon. More of a medium brown than dark (as you can see). Good product.
