    I have to say that I really like the size of these tablets. They are really more of a caplet, similar to ones from One-A-Day, except that you only have to take one, instead of their 2/day. I've only been taking them for two days, but I'm going to assume they will be effective.

    I don't like having to try to swallow larger pills because they stick in my throat sometimes and it doesn't matter if they are coated or not . . . coating might help after it's swallowed, but doesn't help getting it down.

I have been taking these for a few months now and do recommend them for those who can't take larger pills or who can detect an unpleasant taste of vitamins well after taking them.     What can I say. It is a multi-vitamin tablet. The only thing I learned is that there are no minerals in the tablet. So, make sure vitamin is the only thing you want to consume with this product.
