    I been using it for 3 weeks and my nails and skin are so much better, so don't hesitate to try it.
    After trying many combinations (as coffee doesn't work), the winner is chocolate milk, it blends perfectly, and you don't notice any of the weird flavor that is the only cons of this magical collagen :)

    I got this and did not use it for awhile. I thought I had to fire up the food processor. Not true. Thanks to a Facebook poster, I learned that all I had to do was add it to my morning coffee. No muss, no fuss. Pour and stir. After a month my nails are so much stronger. I can't wait to see what 3 months does!

    Dissolves quickly in all but ice water. I put it in my hot coffee, stiring in a little bit at time. Very little to no taste, depending on what I am mixing it in to. When I forget to put it into my am coffee, I have mixed it with just about 4oz of water and drink it like shot. Such a mild aftertaste, I don't even mind the ratio. 10/10

    Everyone looses collagen as early as 30 years old and this collagen has my nails long and strong my hair has a thin area at the top of my scalp that has filled in and my bones feels stronger. You won’t see results overnight but be patient and stick with it. I put it in my coffee cup every morning and pour my hot coffee and then creamer on top and it dissolves with no clumping.
