    This supplement is like the fountain of youth for people who want to look and feel younger. It has strong anti-inflammatory effects, your skin looks younger, less saggy and your scars will be less noticeable, it helps get rid of joint/back pain, it helps you build muscle, it makes your memory better. I just take one at night and I’m always consistent with it because it takes a while to get used too it while it builds up in your system and if you just take it randomly it won’t work.

    I have been taking this for about a month now, and I love it! I think it works great. It has completely calmed me down. I have a temper and can be quick to get annoyed and this stuff has stopped all of that. I'm even noticing memory improvement, which is great because I just turned 60 and have noticed a decline in my short term memory. I started taking it a couple of weeks before the thing I went to stay a week with my 5 grand children while their parents (my son and dil) were out of state for a week. Their ages are 14, 13, 9, 7, and 3. I didn't want to be grouchy or impatient with them. And it totally helped. I'm a new person!! I love it :)

    Nothing to complain about. Also didn’t really notice much of a difference since I’m not suppose to notice any effects of antiaging as it does its work in the body.

    Pill is super small 1mg so it is easy to swallow and very decent price.

    Life extension is generally very good because the dosage is always kept in checked to the minimum and not over, if you look at other brands they put much higher concentration, which is not good for the body from over consumption. This one is perfect concentration.

    This seems to work pretty well. The problem I have is the last order I received included a bottle that turned out to be empty! The outside seal was intact. Once I opened the outer seal the bottle didn't have the inner seal and it had nothing in it. By the time I opened this bottle (one of four) it was past the return window. I don't like spending $12.00 for a bottle of AIR.

    It would be nice if Amazon replaced the empty bottle with a full one?

    Saw an interview with a doctor that lithum helps protect and strengthen the hippocampus. Getting old so thought I would see if it would help my memory and either its the placebo effect or there's something to this since my memory is noticeably better (at least to me). :)

    I definitely notice a difference when I take Lithium. I do not overdo the dose I only take what is recommended. My mood has definitely improved and I have energy through out the day rather than crashing by noon. I enjoy hiking much more than I use to and my stamina is much better. It’s a very good price for this product.

    I began taking lithium and after several months experienced a flare of worsening plaque psoriasis and a bit later new plaques developed plus i broke out with guttate psoriasis for the first time. Upon researching I uncovered many studies link lithium to worsening psoriasis and new-onset psoriasis. I discontinued taking and the flare persists. I would encourage caution if you have a history of psoriasis.

    Being constantly under stress shifts our bodies into the sympathetic mode which means our immune system and digestive system shut down so that we can run from that imaginary tiger chasing our brain. Studies have shown that lithium 1000 mcg can shift the body back to parasympathetic. So whenever I feel agitated, stressed, upset, etc. I take this. When we are in the sympathetic mode, cancer cells grow, microbes grow, disease healing stops, and nutrition is malabsorbed (so all those vitamins become almost useless). Also, don't forget to do chiropractic adjustments because being off will also cause the sympathetic mode. Tell yourself to relax, do breathing excercises, eat something small, laugh, sing, and that will help after you feel those negative emotions.
