   If and when you can get them out of the container, they are great. The manufacturer needs to add a silica gel pack or something. I have to cut the bottom of the bottle off and then manually separate each gummy each time I receive them.
   
   That said, they taste great and have definitely slowed down the shedding of my hair, hence the 3 stars. It’s just a bit of a job getting them out of the container. And they are NOT cheap!!

   I know it takes about a month for collagen to build up and to start seeing results. I'm excited to get the journey started. The taste is good, I enjoy them. But I agree with others, the gummies being stuck together isn't ideal. I'm assuming is a texture they have to have. Its not a deal breaker for me, though.

   These make my skin glow! They taste great too! Only thing I would complain about is them getting stuck together in the bottle. Think that’s just a manufacturing issue though, not an Amazon issue.

   I have tried them for the full bottle now and I cant tell yet if they do anything, they taste good, I have been looking for something to help my hair grow a bit better since I also swim twice a week and its a bit hard on my hair. I havent noticed any results but Im going to give it another bottle and see

   I have been getting gel manicures for a while. I decided to transition away from gel manicures and I knew it would be a long journey before my nails were back to normal. I was looking for a good, reliable, great tasking supplement. I have tried other Lemme products and have been pleased with all that I have tried so far! I have purchased the collagen gummies twice. I see a huge difference in my nails. They are no longer brittle and weak. And my skin is glowing!

   i don’t usually leave reviews on things, but all of the amazing reviews on this made me buy it so i’m gonna leave one too lol. just to preface, i have coarse, dry, 2b wavy hair that i straighten every day… 🫥. i started taking these october 5th, it’s currently the 25th. i just had my first hair cut in about two or three months and my hair dresser could NOT stop saying how good and healthy my hair looked!! from new growth to the ends. she said my ends never look this good when i come in for trims, she usually has to take off a lot more than what i initially wanted. so yeah for hair, these have had amazinggggg results!!! and nothing really does that for my hair. my nails look amazing too, i have naturally long nails so i’ve never really struggled there, but they definitely look a lot stronger and whiter and i notice they don’t break as easily. 10/10!!!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻🧚🏻‍♀️💌🩷

   I am almost 60 and I am so pleased with the improvement in my hair and nail growth. My hairdresser noticed after about 3 months; I really noticed after about 5 months. The gummies are also delicious so I never forget to take them. This is my 3rd bottle.

   I noticed hair growth after 4-6 weeks! My hair is also fuller and softer. It is a little more expensive than I would like, but the gummies are a soft consistency and taste really good.

   Vitamins are hit or miss for everyone. I was very skeptical to try Lemme, but to my surprise.....they work for me. I have gone through a bottle of both Glow and Burn. I did not restock right away and I immediately noticed a difference with not having Burn. My appetite was ravenous, they really did suppress hunger for me and give me a little boost in energy. My husband made a comment about how good my hair and nails look, so the Glow def worked for me too. Love the Lemme brand and will continue to try their other products.

   I wasn't really expecting to see a difference in my hair, skin, and nails from this product since other similar products never really helped. Well, I was HAPPILY proven wrong. These vitamins are great tasting and I have noticed a HUGE difference. I have been taking these for almost two months now and my nails are growing so fast and are so much stronger. My hair and even my eye lashes have started so much new growth. And my skin looks great. I am so happy with this product and will continue to use it!

   First picture is from August, had been taking Lemme Glow for a few weeks, right picture is current. The growth from my hair is shocking. My hair is healthier, thicker, and obviously longer. My skin looks better, my nails are actually growing and are stronger. The gummies taste so good, they don’t have a vitamin smell which makes them easier to chew. Would definitely recommend anything from Lemme.
