    I am happy w purchase but do not use it all the time. I did muscle testing when I first got it and my reaction was a strong positive. So I took a capsule.
    I did again the next day but did not test. I noticed a small "pimple" on my lip line. I can get what turns into a fever blister but not herpes, from too much Vita C.

    I stopped taking it and the bump stopped feeling like it was there. Then went away.

    I will keep this, bc I find value in it, but will take sparingly w lots of water and w food.

    I brought this for my hair and energy levels. It did help with energy but i am not sure if it did anything for hair. I used it for 2 months, perhaps i need to use it a little longer to see effects. Overall it tastes good, so i can just straight eat the powder . Easily dissolved and no residue left in mouth. Amla fruit itself can be a little tangy but i found the powder was good in taste and not tangy.
