    I have started to take 1 pill a day ( reccomandation says 2) for the last 3-4 weeks I have already seen an improvement in my memory.
    I used to struggle to remember procedured for work, now I am able to remember parts of and is getting better.
    I would purchase this supplement again, I will continue to take it.

    Took for two weeks. Quit for a couple days because I didnt think was working. Well...after two days without, I noticed a huge difference. It DOES help with energy during the day. Not sure about cognitive part. Lol. But It seems like Im resting better.

    I just turned 70 and I really do feel like these mushroom blend products nearly eliminate my brain fog and give me more clarity of mind. There are so many coffee products with mushrooms now, but I have not found one that doesn’t cloud and affect the taste of my coffee. Going to stick with capsules. I try different brands but I always love Host Defense so I’m going to try theirs this time. Only the second day taking it, but this brand always does me right.

    I’ve been having trouble focusing & just felt like I couldn’t get anything done but didn’t want any pharmaceuticals to deal with it. I’m so happy that I tried this out.     Have had ringing in my ears for quite some time. Now it is minimal. I have ordered a slew of these products and I am happy with all of them. I have more energy, am able to work 10-12 hour days if needed and just overall feel really good. I have limited my visits to the acupuncturist and homeopathic doctor. Have ordered some of these products 2-3 times now. They all continue to impress me.
