   These pills reek, and you taste them for the first couple hours after taking them. I have been using for about 2 months and I noticed my nails are growing and are stronger but no difference in my hair.

   I have these vitamins on my subscribe and save. I have been using them for quite some time and truly notice results. Well worth the price, very affordable considering the high quality ingredients. Pills are a pretty pink and nourish my hair skin and nails. My nails used to bend funny and break easily but this is no longer the case. So much new hair growth too. Highly recommend! I will keep buying!

   These vitamins are amazing! I've been using them since July, and I can SEE the difference in my hair, nails and skin. My hair is shiner and is growing at an amazing rate... plus I noticed the wrinkles on my hands aren't as pronounced! Getting older is scary as it is, so purchasing something that actually works, definitely deserves a shout out!

   I really love these. I had been using the Carley biotin for four months without any improvement. I've seen a big improvement with my hair and nails. I like it's like a gel caplet. Easy to swallow.This is the only brand for me.

   I'm about to finish off my first bottle of this, and I've certainly noticed the rate of my hair and nail growth being fairly high without a sacrifice in quality/durability. Not only that, but I've been taking 2 of these daily instead of the recommended 3 and still deriving satisfactory benefits. Now I'm re-ordering it, and I would certainly recommend this to.

   I started using these about two months ago. after the first month i already saw so many baby hairs. i also changed my shampoo and conditioner to natural products that are suited to my hair type so i expect that also helped. mostly the supplements though because ive changed hair products a million times and its never grown this good and fast.
   
   CAUTION:
   don’t take all three at the same time, it causes a headache. i take one in the morning with my daily vitamins and other supplements and then two when i get home from work (9 hr shift) by themselves and no headache. i learned the hard way. it’s caused by too much of the nutrients at the same time, its too hard for the body to process and most of the excess is just peed out in neon pee. so it’s a bit hard on the kidneys as well as other organs as well. just a tip.

   I started taking these 5 months ago. 3 every night before bed. My nails are stronger and my hair seems to be better too. Maybe others don't see the difference but I do. My skin is also benefitting. I don't notice a smell and they are small and easy to take. And the are pretty to look at. I'm happy with this purchase.
