    I take a daily regimen of turmeric, garlic and ginger as a natural anti-inflammatory and bloodthinning program because I had a pulmonary embolism almost four years ago. These ginger capsules, I assume are working well. So long as I keep up my routine, my inflammation is manageable. They are bit more expensive than other brands I have used, however. I would honestly look for a cheaper alternative. That's not reflective of the quality, however.

    I have only needed to use these once, although I am going to start taking them regularly to see if they help calm and prevent my IBS and nausea with migraine symptoms a little, so I cannot speak on efficiency much yet. It did seem as though I got over some nausea the other day rather quickly when I had a headache with only one-half dose, so they may be very helpful. I do have some sensitivities and allergies to things that can be used in supplements, and I have not had any issues with these or any side effects. The capsules are easy to swallow and do not have a strong scent or taste that I have noticed. I would get them again.

    Very easy to swallow and has no after taste. I can smell the ginger in the capsules once I burp but it's not all the time. I have inflammation at least once a month for about a week and these have been helping with that. Also noticed that my blood pressure has been reading in normal ranges since taking these which is good because at some point I'd like to get off blood pressure meds but I know that's more of a lifestyle change versus dependence on ginger or ginger supplements. Still these help out with it. Don't have any negative thoughts in these and haven't had any adverse reactions to them either. I've tried another supplement from this brand and so far I like them.

    I ordered this ginger root in anticipation of a family vacation that included quite a bit of boating and back road driving. Both my husband and my son struggle with car/sea sickness. I was impressed by the attractive packaging, the glass bottle, and the very fresh scent of ginger upon opening. And both family members report quite a bit of relief from taking a good quality ginger root supplement. I like that this product is well sourced and well packaged. A little more expensive than other ginger supplements, but I believe the slightly higher price point is justified in this case.

    This is one of those supplements that is quite good for my body, but I do need to take with caution. That's because if I take as much as suggested, especially on a daily basis, it gets and little rough and wild with my system. That can be a good thing, at times, depending on what's going on. It will rid my body of what's ailing me, but before it settles my stomach, it will sometimes rid my body of some of that bad stuff in a manner that isn't always the most settling. For me, I'm much better sticking with only 1 capsule a day instead of the 2 that are suggested.

    They are good and seem clean. When I take them, I can barely just taste the ginger which is actually pretty good.

    So far, I'm pretty happy with these even though I do need to moderate my intake.

    Ginger is a fantastic solution for inflammation and nausea and these are a great addition to a vitamin/supplement routine! The scent/taste is not strong and makes it easy to digest. The pill size are also standard for vitamins/supplements so manageable to swallow if you're used to it. The fact these are organic are also a huge plus so you know that what you're putting in your body is clean. I also like that there is a safety seal on the outside of the bottle to ensure no tampering.

    I am about 1 week into taking these and will update this review once I've finished the bottle.

    Ginger is obviously well known to quiet upset stomach, and this will do the trick. However, I would recommend taking this with food (not stated on the label) as the capsule coating seems to dissolve rather quickly. I took it on an empty stomach before heading to work, and before I could reach a restaurant 20 minutes away where I intended to have breakfast, I was burping ginger and continued to do so for a while. Even a small amount of food in the stomach seems to prevent this from happening, so choke down at least a piece of dry toast if you can.

    I have been using ginger for years. Usually I juice the ginger root or blend it in a smoothie. This is a convenient way to have the same benefits handy. It’s great that it is in a glass bottle..less plastic! It’s hard to tell if these are really being beneficial but evidence is there that ginger is a great thing to help with digestion and inflammation and so much more.
