    So I was actually getting this brand at target and super happy to see it's on Amazon because definitely love that Prime shipping . I really like this brand, cost wise it's ideal but also ingredients are not junk and the collagen is a must for my skin. Highly suggest it , easy to digest , im my 30s now so I'm noticing a difference.

    The dosage recommended was too much for me. I notice it caused me to break out. I scaled back. Started taking it every other day instead of daily. On some days I took 1 instead of the 2 recommended. It helped with the break outs. I noticed great hair growth with this product. I recommend seeing how your body reacts and make adjustments to suit. It is great value for money.

    Overall great review of the collagen. Great price for what it is. I've been on this stuff for quite sometime now and really notice a difference. My hair is thriving, my body just feels great overall. The packaging is easy to read and points out the benefits of the contents.
    The only thing I don't like about the packaging is that they do not have child proof lids.
