Each dose is one medium sized capsule I have not had any side effects from taking this supplement. The main goal I use this is for mental health it helps calm me and allows me to focus. I do not take it for pain relief.

    This supplement has been life changing. I haven’t felt any side affects and I have already finished my first bottle. I have suffered from anxiety for a very long time. Working with therapy and meds I was able to lower my anxiety. Now I only take ashwagandha and it helps me so much. I rarely feel anxious and when I do I feel very calm and collected. I drink this supplement daily and I recommend it especially if you have anxiety. It smells like a regular vitamin and I feel that the quality and ingredients are great. I actually just ordered my second bottle!
