    SO, I have always been skeptical about collagen products- but this one actually works. It does take about 3 months for you to notice it working- but once it kicks in- it is amazing!!! My nails are thicker, stronger and grow like crazy. My hair is growing nicely- noticeable!! I am very impressed with this product! Give it time to work and you will not be disappointed! Another plus- you only take 2 pills instead of 4-6 like other brands.

    I originally bought this product to help me with my skin. It did nothing for it. However, it did wonders for my gut lining. When I made a comment to my Dr he said that collagen helps the gut as well. So, I've been on this collagen for over 2 years now. We are all different but if you have gut or skin issues, or both, give this a try. It might help one or the other. If you're lucky it might help both. It is also affordable.

    Imagine what a gym sock tastes like...that's what these taste like. Obviously, I try not to taste them but there is always a bit of taste when I take them. It is gross.

    **UPDATE, these collagen pills actually taste awful! Even the short time it takes to swallow them they have a strong taste. They have definitely helped with joint pain so much that I recommended them to my mom and dad and they both take them now but the taste is foul to me. Will still purchase because of reason listed below but be prepared.**

    I just switched to this brand of collagen because I was taking a different kind and I had a reaction to the marine collagen (didn’t know I was allergic to shellfish, just found out when taking it).
    I just took the first pill, they do have a bit of a taste to them but were easy to swallow. No weird smell, and it’s a large bottle for the price. I’m taking for joint pain so here’s hoping it helps!

" I started taking collagen because most food people are eating today, are devoid of vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, and collagen and calcium. The biggest organ of your body is your skin. Also you have connective tissue around every joint in your body, including the cartilage. Help your body regenerate and heal itself with collagen. We don't eat like our great grandparents or grandparents use to, eating the cartilage from chicken bones or parts of the cow that is rich in collagen. so you need to supplement.
