    This has made me not want sugar as much as I usually do. Definitely eat less. Gives my skin a glow and looks way better than before. It does make me tired either afternoon or near bed time if I stay still too long. Other than that the pills have helped me loose 6 lbs.

    Today was my first day taking one of these and I have felt amazing all day! Less hungry which is good for my job. I'll update in a month!

    Update: after 5 days I have noticed that I am less hungry. But, I still tend to snack because I'm on my feet all day. But, I have also notice that my pants are getting loser!!

    I’ve been taking these for just over two weeks and have already seen/feel the difference! I have more energy, joints feel better, and my appetite is low. I’m not feeling hungry as much and I’m eating less, so Ive also lost about 5 pounds. The pills have very little taste and are smaller than most supplements, making them easy to take. Just make sure you drink plenty of water! They made me poop a lot the first week, so hydration is important!
