   Whether we smear them on or put them into our bodies, phytoceramides are an important part of skin health. Wish I noticed something, but the truth is that I may not be getting worse! I'll continue to take them because I have an excellent dermatologist, and I follow his advice!

   I recently went to see my dermatologist. My complaints were that my hair was becoming like straw. I no longer had my beautiful straight, shiny, oily hair. My skin was becoming crepey. Basically I was dehydrating!! She recommended that I buy Phytoceramides. I immediately ordered these after reading the reviews. I'm loving them!!! I'm already seeing results in only a few pills. My hair is less straw-like. It's developing more body like before. It feels silkier. It's not hanging anymore. My skin is showing less and less signs of crepiness. My skin is smoother and is filling in again. Like I said, I'm loving these pills.

   Massive difference in my skin two weeks in although I began to see a difference on my body sooner. I doubled the dose to start though as it’s winter. Pair with oral hyaluronic acid and as much vitamic C you can handle, preferably liposomal. FINALLY!

   After using for about a month I noticed one day that my finger nails were all the same length and sturdy. First time ever that this happened without one or more breaking at various times. My nails then ended up getting so long I had to cut them. I am convinced that this was because of the Carlyle Phytoceramide Supplement. I'm sold!

   With a retail cost of eight fifty, this is very reasonable for a three-month supply.
   
   I have been taking these for a month now and I haven't seen any noticeable difference.
   
   However, on the plus side, they don't have weird tastes or smells and don't cause any awful burps, upset bowels, or stomach.
   
   I like that these don't use a bunch of allergy-inducing ingredients. And the main ingredients are primarily organic. So I worry less when taking them.

   Not sure how long I will need to take these capsules to be able to see real results. I do believe though, that drinking more water helps these capsules to plump up my skin a little more. I have taken ceramides before with good results so I am hoping this brand is good.

   I am hoping to never age and strike fear that I'm a witch into the hearts of my neighbors so adding these to my daily supplements seemed like an excellent place to start. I've only been taking them a few days on my quest to immorality but so far so good, they are easy to take and have no weird smell or taste, just a bit earthy like tea. Will update with any results or negative occurrences!

   So far, I’m very happy with this phytoceridamide supplement. It arrived quickly and well package. The capsules are a little bit smaller than standard size capsules, and very easy to swallow. Serving as one capsule that I take in the morning with my breakfast, and it has not interfered with anything anyway! There’s no discernible taster odor, and so far so good!

   I look forward to the final outcome, summer is here. Plant-based supplements can be very efficient if there is no allergy or other side-effects. So far - so good. I like the dose, the fact that it is organic. I hope that in a couple of weeks I will know if the results are real. Either way, I will update this review.
   
   Recommend, but you need to make sure you can tolerate all individual ingredients, and also look for all possible side-effects. There are many alternative options, no need to risk.

   I loved the idea of a ceramide supplement instead of just topical uses, and so far these have not produced any negative side effects, but it has only been about a week now. I am hoping these end up helping my skin elasticity. One thing I did not like is that the photos on here show packaged and tested in the USA, but the bottle makes no mention of this. Not being lab tested or packaged in a trusted country makes me weary of what I'm taking.

   Many pet shampoos nowadays, contain ceramides, which have been added to these products to restore health to the skin of our pets somehow. I have used these products on my animals, and will attest to the fact that it has made a difference in how their skin looked. So, why shouldn’t ceramides be used in us or on us? That’s why I decided to try this oral phytoceramide supplement. It is, after all, a plant based fatty acid, and we need fatty acids to help with all sorts of metabolic functions.
   While I only received the product three days ago, I’ve taken it each day and don’t have any adverse effects. The capsule is smooth, tasteless, and very easy to swallow, as it’s only about the length of a penny.
   So long as it does no harm – and at this point, I’d say that is the case – then I’d say why not try this product to see if it will make a difference in the texture and quality of your skin?
