   Nails were severely thin and brittle, easily split and tear. One wk of taking these tablets and nails are now much healthier and no longer tearing or brittle. Nails are now harder. Will definately or more

   This Carlyle Hair, Skin and Nails formula came securely sealed with the lot number and expiration date of 01/2027 clearly stamped on the label. The bottle contains 120 soft gel caps and the directions say to take 3 per day preferably with a meal. The capsules do sometimes stick together but I just tap the bottle against the counter edge and they loosen. There is a definite smell when I open up the bottle and they don't have the best taste, but I haven't noticed an aftertaste. I take all 3 capsules together with 16 ounces of water.
   
   I'm taking this supplement in addition to a multi-collagen powder and a Hyaluronic Acid supplement. I'm hoping to get my hair and skin in better shape and I hope these will help. I just started taking them a couple of weeks ago so it's too soon to see much improvement with the addition of these pills to my routine. I am hopeful though and I will reorder them if they seem to be helping because they are being offered at a very good price.

   Nails are stronger and not breaking, hair I can’t tell yet. Been taking a month. My breastesest have been filling out and painful the last 4 weeks of taking. Not what I was going for so hopefully that goes away. (Not pregnant, lactating etc)

   The dose is three caps, which contains many supplements for hair and nails including Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin B (1, 6, 12), Biotin, and Zinc. The small-sized caps are easy to swallow.

   Carlyle Hair Skin and Nails Vitamin 120 Softgels. I decided to try these for my hair and nails. They’re easy to swallow. The taste and smell are fine. The price is fantastic. They come packaged securely and safely, and it looks like they’re made and sourced in the USA.

   This brand is decent, I have tried other things from them with success. I think the quality is great. The pills are smooth and average sized, easy enough to swallow. I will have to use these long term to see results. They came sealed and fresh.

   I'm happy with this product. The capsules are easy to swallow and I'm able to take a dose of 2 easily. There is no bad aftertaste that I've noticed, and I've had no adverse reactions since starting them. You get so many in the bottle that it is a great bargain for the price, I feel.

   If we wanna hang on to our youth-like appearance naturally, as we're getting older, we better load up on collagen and biotin, as this much is true! 🤭 This is one of the very best quality biotin and collagen supplements I've ever tried and it worked so well at keeping my skin hydrated and moisture-rich looking and glowing, as well as kept my hair shiny and growing fast, and my nails stronger than ever. Definitely worth the asking price.
   
   I absolutely recommend this supplement to others.

   I’ve been taking biotin/collagen supplements for a long time and have tried many different brands. Most I don’t see a difference when switching. I’ve been taking these for a few weeks and other than a possible slight improvement in nail strength over my previous brand, nothing has really changed. The expiration is a long way off and the pills were in good condition (no clumping). It has twice as much biotin as I’m used to, which may make a difference over time. Collagen is a little less, though (60mg). You have to take 3 pills but they are really small and easy to swallow. It is a 40 day supply. There is no child safety cap. They contain soy and tree nut ingredients.

   This hair, skin, and nails vitamin is a great supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow and you take 3 capsules a day. I haven't noticed any negative effects. I've actually noticed that my hair and nails are growing very fast, which is a sign that my hair and nail health are improving. As for the skin, I think it takes a bit longer to see results with the skin, but so far I am satisfied with this supplement.

   I didn’t notice when I ordered this Carlyle Hair Skin and Nails supplement that it contains an ingredient that I’m unable to take. It seems like a good product and Carlyle is a brand I trust. I regret that I’m unable to give an unbiased review based on usage. I’ll give this supplement away when I’m able.

   Carlisle Hair Skin and Nails Vitamin...
   📚Pros: rapid release, high potency, gluten-free, flip top lid, small softgels - easy to swallow.
   📚Cons: "Packaged and tested in the USA", not "made in the USA".
   📚Summary: These supplements are small but mighty, easy to swallow, high potency. I love the convenient flip top lid and although it's silly, the soft gels are really pretty! The price point looks very reasonable but keep in mind that you do need to take three capsules per day so this is about a 40-day supply. The packaging points out that these are packaged and lab tested in the USA but it does not say where they are actually made, I always find some concern with that 👍👍

   Biotin is a must have to keep nails and hair growth especially after experiencing hair loss. The brand Carlyle is local to me and I trust this product. The soft gels are easy to swallow and no after taste.

   There are multiple different vitamins in this supplement and I have used this brand before so I feel confident using it. I like that it is soft gels, I just am not thrilled with having to take three for for a serving size. I take quite a few supplements and when I have to take more than one of each that really adds up.

   This is a really good quality biotin vitamin and is a 40 day supply since you take 3 once daily. I didn’t have any problems taking them or side effects other than strong nails and hair which is great. My nails grow a lot faster with these as opposed to gummy vitamins. A good value, I do wish it was a tad cheaper though since it’s just for 40 days. But it’s a good quality one so I guess you get what you pay for.

   I like the interesting ingredients such as collagen and horsetail and hyaluronic. It has a high amount of biotin, which one would expect in a hair growth formula. Small amount of other B vitamins. The one thing I do not care for is the acetate form of Vitamin E. I avoid that but it is not a dealbreaker. This has a good price point. Muscles tests very strong. 4 stars for the synthetic Vitamin E.

   These capsules were made especially to help with healthy hair, skin and nails. The bottle contains 120 medium sized pink capsules that has a lot of vitamins: A, C, D, E, B1, B6, B12, Biotin, Zinc and other ingredients. Recommended dosage is three capsules per day. Warning: If pregnant, nursing, taking medications, planning medical procedure and other warnings, to consult with doctor. These capsules have a whole lot of stuff in them.
