    I am almost 60. It is said to be normal to have senior moments. I don't like senior moments. I take this to combat brain fog. This is not the only supplement I take for this so It is not clear which ones actually help. But, something has helped. Less times of not remembering why I came into a room. Can't think of a downside to taking this so I plan to continue. Everything in moderation.

    I’m only writing this review in hopes that it will help someone else. I take different medications, mixed with the wonders of having severe pms symptoms.
