    I'm a guy with very thin, brittle fingernails. I started taking these several months ago and. noticed a dramatic improvement. I'll continue taking them now. All i had to do was look at one of my fingernails cross-eyed, and it was split and start to peel off.

    A few weeks ago I went in for a stress test and they shaved a big rectangle on my VERY hairy chest. I'm 60 and hair grows slower now. I decided to double up on my collagen supplement and find a good biotin to take. I started double dosing this biotin and holy smokes did my finger nails grow like crazy. And then my beard which is oddly wavy and luxurious now. Finally my chest hair kicked in and is growing like the dickens. My white fluffy chest hair is coming back.

    Bought strongest one I could, I have to take a lot of medicine and found my nails were so soft that I was unable to get them to grow strong? This one helps with that problem now we will see if it will help with the hair.

    My husband went through radiation and chemotherapy. Throat cancer...his beard grew back in and his hair is still nice and thick on his head. He's super happy 😄 especially since he's had a beard and mustache since puberty. Since he had Throat cancer he had to shave it off for treatment. He's 60 years old so he felt naked without his beard and mustache.

    My husband told me I should try biotin for skin health which I ignored. Then one day I randomly saw some ad on social media and came here on a whim and I ordered this brand thinking social media is a hero and totally forgetting about my husband's advice. I am so happy with that whim! Thanks social media! Anyhoo, I got the bottle in November of 2023 and it's now September of 2024 - my nails are much healthier. After years of nail polish, remover, gel nails and plain abuse they are revived and looking normal! My hair has gained some strength, but most of all, my skin feels better. I had some pigment spots and less than smooth spots of my face from prednisone and despite still having to be on it, my skin looks and feels better. Prior to this I had perfectly clear micro pig light skin and never went through teenage acne so it was fair for me to get slammed!     So in conclusion - great size, great quantity, great quality, great results, and great job social media algorithm! *and my husband, he's pretty OK*

    I have damaged arm skin from too many years of sun exposure. Dumb farmer. Early this year I decided I had to make some changes. Arm sleeves and biotin. I started seeing a difference fairly quickly even with with lesser biotin. Before I ran out of all that, I ordered in the big dog with 10,000 mcg per pill from this trustworthy company. I'm very pleased with this product. I will continue to use it because I see it helping me.

    This is the first Biotin I've tried that actually works. My hair and fingernails are a lot thicker. My fingernails are rubbery and paper thin, but after I started using this they are much stronger and I can feel the thickness. People say my hair looks thicker too. I highly recommend.

    I had gastric bypass surgery and lost a lot of my hair. I tried quite a few different brands and none of them work. This brand did. Within 90 days I could see the difference! My hair went from very fine to very full and thick. Would highly recommend.

    I hate pharmaceutical anything so always look for real vitamins and not the junk that's sold out there that has no benefit (like root extracts, etc. - all junk). Biotin, actually B7, is very, very effective. In my case, my hair went from grey to solid brown with gray highlights (no dyes/chemicals, just Biotin twice a day), hair was thinning a little and that's gone - now full like 20 years ago and I have the softest hands I've ever had (in a good way). Ladies would do well with it - forget the creams, lotions and stuff that costs a fortune. Just go back to the basics.

    Since taking this biotin, I rarely see any more hair pieces on my sink.
    I think I succeed in not losing much more hair.
