   I've tried different memory and focus gummies and I really like the flavor of these and since I've been taking these I feel it's helped my focus and I feel like my memory and ability to recall things have improved also. These gummies are easy to chew they're not so sticky as some gummies therefore they don't stick to my teeth and are easy to swallow. As for absorbency they must be absorbed pretty good since I'm seeing an improvement in my focus and memory.

   I am in my early 60s and my husband in his early 70s. Most of the time we are pretty sharp but occasionally we experience a senior moment with our focus and memory. We have tried a few brain supplements but we like this one the best. They taste good and when taken daily, really do make a difference. We are sharper and more focused. Both of us have even noticed that when we wake up, we can often recall our dreams. I would definitely recommend this product if you are starting to feel that you may not be as focused or sharp as you were. It does make a difference.

   Ok, so its pretty hard to objectively quantify memory improvement from supplementation. My memory, so far done not seem any better or worse. Perhaps I need to take these for several months to realize significant results. I will say, these gummies taste amazing. Because they taste so good, they are easy to remember to take each day.
   I do still get stuck looking for words that used to come easy. I still struggle with names at times. But perhaps those issues are beyond the capability of supplementation, or perhaps they are degenerative, and related to some more sinister factors.
   I like these gummies, and Ill continue to use them. But I can not swear they are having a dramatic impact on my mental function.
   I have always had strong focus ability, and that has not improved nor declined with supplementation.

   With this 30 day supply coming in under $13 I have to recommend it to each and every person searching for a cognitive supplement. The flavor profile is good as is the nutritional profile. I don't have any science to back up absorbency but I can tell you that I've taken Alpha Brain and other expensive supplements before and can't tell the difference.

   The flavor on this is a little odd, not bad, just odd. I can't say for sure if they're helping my memory and focus, but I'm hopeful they are. For the past year or so, my focus has been terrible. I have been so easily distracted that it makes it hard to get things done. It seems like I'm a little more focused the last couple weeks, but that's hard to measure. I can say I haven't had any negative effects from taking them, so I'll definitely keep taking them.

   The older I get, the less able I am to truly focus on things like I used to be able to. I blame it on the fact that I have so much to remember in life right now, my brain is overwhelmed. I've been taking these gummies for a couple weeks now, and they do seem to help me focus a bit better. The taste isn't bad, and no weird smell. I recommend these.

   I ordered these on a whim, because they were not very expensive and I do have times where my memory and alertness are not what they used to be when I was younger. On that note, I would suggest if you are still young (35 and younger), you really do not need these. But once you get up around 40 and over, the body does start to slowly break down and that includes the brain and memory ability. Thats where these come in.
   They are not some "miracle working pill" or anything like that, but they do actually make a difference. I have noticed more "sharpness" and ability to stay on track and keep attention since taking these. They also taste pretty good, there is a slight artificial flavor, but not bad at all and that is only the very first bit when they hit the tongue, after that the taste is really good. You get 30 days supply for about $13, and to me that is very worth the money.

   I like these gummies. They are fresh and have an interesting watermelon flavor. They contain B vitamins which, based on my basic research, may actually have some impact on brain function. They aren't just the latest miracle ingredient. Serving size is two gummies, so a bottle is about one month worth of the recommended dosage.
   I received these in October of 2022, and the "Best By" date is September of 2024. Two years of usage time is great - better than most.
   If you like the listed ingredients and the price, then you can buy these with confidence.
