    Apple cider vinegar has many health benefits, Braggs is a trusted name so I decided to order these capsules because I don’t care to the taste of ACV. I find the capsules easy to swallow. Within a couple days I noticed a huge improvement in my digestion and bloating. I’ve been taking them for a couple weeks now, at first I only started with 1 capsule a day, now I’m at 2 capsules working my way to the recommended of 3 capsules a day. For me I typically gradually increase my supplements dosage to see how my body reacts.

    I like to take a T of liquid ACV before bed, but these capsules are a no-go for that. One night one dissolved about an hour into my sleeping and I woke up very nauseous. I recommend to take w food sometime earlier in the day.

    I was excited to see BRAGG branch out into supplements. I regularly take a TBSP of their apple cider vinegar every morning. So having this in capsule form is a very handy option. During holiday travel, I could not carry a giant bottle of ACV on the plane. In the past would just have to buy a new bottle as soon as I got to my destination. This year, however, I had the capsules in hand so I never missed a dose and was able to stick to my routine. Very grateful for that.
    When you open the bottle, you immediately smell the apple cider vinegar and each capsule has the same smell, so I feel confident the capsule contents are legit.
