    this tea really reduced the extremity of my menstrual cramps. I started drinking at three days prior to and then during as well! 1 cup / day with some manuka tumeric honey and it does the job. great flavor on its own too. i will buy again

    I tend to have pretty painful cramps and sometimes the heating pad isn't enough. I brew and drink a mug of this when I can't take the cramping anymore and it doesn't take me long to feel so much better. Pretty happy that I gave this a shot.

    I only used it for a few days when I started my heavy flow and it worked perfectly for the flow and it only lasted 3 days. Going through menopause and I was on my period for 15-46 days. Used this and it shortened the time. I will update if things change when I use it again.

    This product is amazing. You have to take it when you know your cycle is coming. I take pain meds too. The thing that surprised me is how it regulates my cycle to normal and usually it's heavy and clotted.

    I love how well this works for me! I had to stop taking birth control recently and my cramping came back in full force. Thankfully I found this! I used to have to take several Advil a day to help with the pain but with this I can just take it once in the morning and I'm fine for the day. It mixes well with my morning tea also so it's not a big deal to take it at all.

    I do not have the best time when it is my time of the month. I have the cramps, the aches, crazy thoughts and feelings. I am a long time Midol user but I think I am becoming immune to it. I started to look at natural menstrual pain relief. The taste will knock you the first time but you will get used to it. It does work. My cramps were gone and I felt a little calmer. If you are looking for something new for your menstrual cycle, try it.

    I was recently looking for herbal ways to help with simple things like cuts and scrapes + immune support. When I found Cycle Relief, I wasn't sure what to expect because my periods have been so burdensome since they made their appearance in my teen years. I always expect pain, blood pressure irregularity, mood swings, and general feels of "blah."

    I decided to give this tincture a go and I am so glad I did! Day two of my period is usually pretty miserable and this seemed to take the edge off. I was able to attend an event I would have normally skipped and I wasn't my moody self! My pain was minimized significantly and I was throughly impressed.

    I do have to add that prior to my period striking, I also took a tea sold by the same company called "woman's balance." I think that may have been a big factor in this much better period experience. I highly recommend both products!

    Works amazingly, for worse cramps use additional pain medicine like midol! I usually only need midol for a couple of days when I use this cycle relief but if I don’t have any cycle relief I have to use midol every day if my cycle. I really love this! For better results, I take it before I even feel cramps. I have had this for a while (maybe a year?) and still have enough for a couple more months.

    It's the first thing that really helps. Normally my cramps are debilitating to the point of missing work. Tastes bad so have something to drink it with.
    Update - not sure why this is their only product to never have free shipping and keeps going up in price.

    I love this product already and I have only tried it once. I didn't experience any of my usual PMS symptoms which is amazing. I usually would have to leave work or not be able to go because of how bad my cramps were. I'm very thankful for this product and love that it's natural.     I love this product. I am a local buyer and have used this for 2 cycles now. I am peri-menopausal and have heavy irregular cycles. Since I started using this my period has gone from super heavy with terrible cramps for 5-6 days to much lighter, very little to no cramps for 3-4 days. I would recommend it to anyone who has a period.
