   I am 78 years old and noticed that my hair had become thinner than it was in my youth. I bought this supplement primarily to improve the thickness and condition of my hair. I have been using this supplement for a couple of months, and have noticed some changes. 1) As yet, I haven't noticed my hair being any thicker, but I have noticed there is less hair in my brush when I brush it and also there is less hair coming out when I wash my hair. I suppose less hair loss could eventually cause more thickness in my hair, but, as yet, have not noticed any new hair growth. 2) My nails had been breaking and sometimes they broke so short it was painful. They also had lines the length of the nails that almost looked like they were dry. So far, the greatest change I have seen is that my nail are now smooth and no longer have lines/ridges on them.    At my age, any improvement to my skin, will take time. Although I don't have a lot of wrinkles, gravity has definitely had an affect on my skin in more areas than just my face. I am happy with the affect of this supplement on my nails, but am assuming it will take a while longer to have much affect on my skin and hair. It took a few years for my hair to get thinner and for some areas of my skin to start sagging. I am not expecting miracles, and will continue to use this supplement to find out whether long term use helps. The picture included is current. I will update this review and the picture if I see any improvements.

   Positive results for hair, nails and skin. Having taken other biotin/collagen supplements for years, I was amazed by the improvements in each category within one month of switching to this product. Container was short one pill which based on other reviews is common and annoying.

   I don’t leave many reviews but I felt this one was important. I was having hair loss after pregnancy made worse by losing someone close to me causing additional hair loss due to stress. It became very noticeable where I couldn’t wear my hair up due to how obvious it was. I was losing so much hair I’d need to clean my brush several times a day and would still have small handfuls of hair coming out when I showered or even just tucked my hair behind my ear. I wish I had taken more photos of how bad it was because I rarely trust one review but I will say October 21st I was at my peak of hair loss and found something with good reviews (this). A few days later I received these pills in the mail. I have been taking only one a day because I was nervous about other potential side effects but even with one pill I have seen such a difference.    I’m gonna say it does work, slow noticeable progress within a month. I noticed my baby hairs and edges were growing more and filling in and new growth spurting out the top of my head. When I first started taking these the first several days it made my head so so so itchy. I was taking 2x a day so I went down to 1 a day and it was a little less itchy but at around the 2nd week it went away. It did break my skin out, around the start of the 2nd week I noticed pimples on my face which is a bit odd since I usually don’t have acne or pimples thankfully, it’s not bad but it was more than what I usually get, it grew my side burns a lot lol and as for my nails I felt like they grew quicker but i couldn’t really tell since I have false nails on but I did see some growth under the false nail. To add to that I’ve also been oiling my scalp 1-2x a week with a hair growth oil and I’ve been using this Onion and Biotin shampoo and conditioner I’ve found off tiktok whenever I feel like my hair needs a washing so I feel like all these together have definitely gave me the growth I was looking for within a month. My hair growths EXTREMELY SLOW, and due to some health problems I’ve lost hair and it’s def thinned out. I’m going to continue to stick with this routine and these pills because I do definitely notice some growth and I am happy with it. :)

   I've been taking this for 3 weeks and so far I've only noticed that my hair is not shedding as much. Hopefully, if I continue to take it, I'll start to see some other benefits. I've also been using a Biotin shampoo and conditioner. My hair is not really thinning, it's just naturally thin and flat. Just trying to thicken it up a bit.

   I’ve been using this supplement for a few weeks, and I’m really impressed. My hair feels stronger and looks healthier, which is a relief since I’ve dealt with hair loss lately.    I had hair loss due to a medication I was taking and hormone changes from menopause. At least that was my assessment. My doctor wanted to refer me to a dermatologist due to the severity, but I wanted to wait. I started taking this product along with vitamin D. It took about 6 months to see results. It takes time to regrow hair. It doesn't happen over night. I have regrown hair to where I am very satisfied, and my hair also looks lustrous and shiny. This product is excellent and very reasonable compared to the expensive brands which give same results. My face and nails also look radiant. I continue to use it.
