    I have been taking Triphala on the regular basis for the past 10 years. This brand sells them in tablets and powder, which works for me since I dont think it is a good idea to take many capsules frequently. This definitely helps with normalizing the process of evacuation. It does say not take it when pregnant. This brand never disappoints.

    I've been making an effort to increase my fiber intake. I do not want to ingest Psyllium, because it contains lead. I've had good luck with Chicory Root, but I wanted to try Triphala because that's what Dr. Weil recommends. I trust & value his opinion. He's a Harvard educated physician with expertise in botany (herbal remedies). I luv his holistic approach to wellness. Anyhoo, I've just started taking this product. As per the instructions, I'm taking one tablet on an empty stomach in the a.m. So far, so good.

    2 or 3 tablets per day for IBS-C and after a few days of taking them, expect to have comfortable and consistent results! Not like the harsh medications and laxatives that cause gas, cramping and diarrhea that disrupts your day (i.e., can't leave the house diarrhea!) This brand of triphala is gentle and makes me feel like I can live a normal, predictable life!

    I’ve used this product in the past with a excellent results. The Banyan brand is top notch & I’m always impressed with their various supplements, oils, and how transparent they are about sourcing.
    Disappointed however that I attempted to order this product twice and both times it was not delivered to me. I will stick to ordering only from Banyan’s website going forward.

    I start taking 2 tablets 1/16/23 at night before going to bed for 6 weeks. I went from 189 lbs to 164lbs. I was shocked when I went to the doctor and took my weight.
    When I bought Banyan Triphala, I wanted to clean my gut I did not have diarrhea in the morning if fact the first two days I hardly had bowel movements but the third day I notice bulk feces where I felt good after each time I went to the bathroom.
    After a week or so I was going to the bathroom at lease twice a day normally. I tried to loose weight before but wasn't successful I think I'll continue for 10 weeks and stop. ( I read that somewhere it said give your body rest)

    I have taken Banyan Botanical’s triphala for quite some time. Triphala was recommended to me for gut health by an Ayurvedic practitioner, and I do find it very helpful. I have tried other brands of triphala over the years, but Banyan’s works best for me. I will order it straight from Banyan if I have enough items to get their free shipping. But if I run out before I need other items, I order from Amazon prime as the price is the same and it ships for free.
