    I had a kidney transplant 3 years ago. I have been having trouble since. One of the issues was brought on by one of the drugs I was put on that I figured out I should not have been put on it was causing severe side effects with my bladder and I was not sure how it was affecting my kidney.     I can't say enough about this and all the supplements from this brand. Love the owner, love the immediate impact they make on a needy body.     Love Banyan's products. Capsules are fine for some people but take a considerable length of time to dissolve internally. If you're concerned about absorption you might try what I did - ground them up (in a mini spice grinder) and filled glycerin capsules for easier swallowing and faster internal absorption.
