    I have real need for supplements for my knees. I have taken Glucosamine and Chondroitin for many years and they have always done the job. As I'm starting to get older, they aren't doing it alone. I have tried almost everything else, and with the exception of a the best collagen supplement that they unfortunately don't make anymore, nothing else helps but this. It does very well.

    I was referred to this supplement by an acupuncturist. I have taken it off and on for the past two years. It does seem to help my joints although I don't know to what extent. I like that it's made up of pure, organic ingredients and no chemicals or additives so I plan to continue to take it. Directions say to take 1 - 2 tablets once or twice daily. I seldom take 4 a day, so I might derive more benefit if I took that amount.

    This is really good product and working.i have vary bad knee problem,it does not pain all the time but if i use stairs than i feel extreamly difficult to step up or down.getting up from chair also gave me problem but almost a month i am taking 2 tablet before sleep and my knee movment increased dramatically. I have very less pain and much morw flexibility. Highly recommended this
